I have a membership site where i have people create accounts and are able to check on the status of those accounts by logging in. Is there anyway I can recreate something like that in ZOHO.
If someone puts in information. Everytime I follow up or do something on that account it will let them know that I have reviewed the account and some form of action was taken. They can then log into their membership side and then view the information or changes that was made to their account. Is there anything like that can be created with this zoho crm system?
