Zoho Newbie: Dynamic Dropdown menus

Hi,

How can I create a dynamically populated drop down menu (single pick list). For example if I need Country, State and City to be captured in a form, then how do I populate the right set of States when a Country is selected, and the right set of City when Country and State are selected?
