Hello everyone,
I am new to the Zoho one solution and wanted to automate some task. I took a look at the email parser to automatically creates leads but i find that the solution is lacking in flexibility.
So I was looking into the workflow rules and saw I can make a rule that would trigger on incoming emails.
So my 2 questions would be what email would it read. I kind of dont see where it would get that email. Like with the parser they gave you an email address. I just don't see how to have this rule read an email.
Do I need to create an email address in the email app ?
Last question: using deluge with a custom function would I be able to read the body of that email and using regex would I be able to update/create new leads?
