In Zoho One heb je de beschikking over SalesIQ. Een van de functies in deze app is het bouwen van je eigen chatbot met onze Drag & Drop-builder. In deze post lichten wij een aantal functies uit die handig kunnen zijn.
Tip : Voordat je begint met het bouwen van de bot, teken eerst uit wat je precies wilt bereiken met de Chatbot en welke scenarios je kan verwachten.
Blokken:
Wanneer je een chatbot bouwt met onze Botbuilder dan zie je aan de rechterkant blokken. Dit zijn acties die de chatbot tijdens een chat kan uitvoeren. Deze zijn onderverdeeld in;
- Reactieblokken,
- Invoerblokken,
- Actieblokken,
- Blokken beëindigen,
- Gegevensblokken,
- Integratieblokken,
Wanneer je een blok gebruik, heb je ook de mogelijkheid om een naam aan een actie te koppelen. Wij raden het aan om dit te doen. In SalesIQ heb je de mogelijkheid om bepaalde acties door te verwijzen naar bepaalde kaarten. Zo hoef je niet telkens een nieuwe flow te bouwen en wordt je handeling gelijk doorgestuurd naar de gewenste gedeelte.
Kies in de Actieblok voor "Ga Naar".
Selecteer de gewenste doelkaart en klik op opslaan.
Gegevensblokken.
Om contact op te kunnen nemen, heb je uiteraard gegevens nodig. SalesIQ biedt de bezoeker de mogelijkheid om hun gegevens in te vullen die je vervolgens kunt koppelen aan bijvoorbeeld aan Zoho CRM of Zoho Campaigns.
Scroll naar de Gegevensblokken. Daarin kan je kiezen uit bijvoorbeeld naam, telefoon en e-mailadres.
Hierbij een korte uitleg over hoe wij dit hebben gebouwd.
In de boven getoonde afbeelding zijn wij er van uit gegaan dat de leads willen dat wij contact met hun opnemen. Hiervoor hebben wij voor de volgende blokken gekozen:
- Naam
- E-mailadres
- Telefoonnummer
Sleep deze drie blokken één voor één naar de flow en kies vervolgens voor de integratieblok "Lead koppelen". Er wordt een nieuwe lead aangemaakt in Zoho CRM met daarin de gegevens uit de invoerblokken.

Geautomatiseerde e-mail versturen
Een chatbot kan ook een automatisch gegenereerde e-mail verzenden. Kies hiervoor de actieblok E-mail verzenden. Wanneer de gegevens zijn ingevoerd dan stuurt de chatbot een e-mail naar degene die je hebt geconfigureerd in de E-mailblok.
Tip:
Om meer context te geven en het te personaliseren. Typ "%" in welke gegevens je uit de chat wilt ophalen.
NB. Hiervoor is het wel van belang dat je invoerblokken heb geconfigureerd in je chatbot.
Door deze handelingen te configureren in je chatbot zal er uiteindelijk een automatische mail worden verstuurd naar de desbetreffende ontvanger en wordt er een lead aangemaakt in Zoho CRM.

Uiteraard is het van belang dat je test of je Chatbot werkt. Klik op het oog-icoon rechts onderin om de chatbot op te starten en te testen. Dit geeft je gelijk inzicht in hoe de workflow van de chatbot verloopt en waar je moet aanpassen.
