Zoho RIP OFF

I just want to let you know that I am very very very unhappy Zoho.

I understood from your FAQs that custom domain is possible. You have info in your help file about how to do it. Now I spend time developing an app and pay so I can use a custom domain and what do I find out?

I have to pay for customer portal $99 a month.

Is that information (from one of your employees on another forum post https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/custom-domain-19-10-2013) correct?

Please let me know within 48 hours or I will never use any zoho product again.
