Zoho support sucks!

The support here at Zoho sucks to say the least. I had received a call from a consultant to find out if the zoho platform was fitted for our business..We had a discussion and was told that he would get back to me after reviewing my email with related issues.

It s been almost a week and not reply.. I left a message as well but no reply as yet.

If Zoho wants to compete wiht other providers they have to step up. Honestly I love the ease with which I am able to creat applications. The downside though is that the system lacks the functionality of other providers. I know that zoho is not in the same league as BungeeConnect however they need to strive toward improving Zoho creator else they are going to get left behind

Caspio, Longjump and others are contantly improving while here at Zoho things are going t snails pace

Dont get me wrong, I love the zoho apps and feel compelled to look for updates and improvements however I think they should concentrate on a few apps and make them amazing rather than scrambling with the various apps which to be honest fall short compared to other providers. This being said I will be watching zoho closely and at present I dont feel that that zoho creator for example is evolved enough for high end business usage at the moment particularly when users have to be zoho registered users.
