This might be a simple question, but the answer has been eluding me for some time now. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am trying to upload a document using Zoho's Upload API (http://apihelp.wiki.zoho.com/Upload-APIs.html) and I'm looking for a step-by-step guide for doing this.

The only API of the POST type that I could find in the help documentation was http://help.creator.zoho.com/Add-Record-using-Zoho-Creator-API.html#deluge A similar help doc on Upload API would help other non-techie 'developers' like me in using this API.
