Zoho Writer: Zoho CRM Variable issue

Hi, I encountered an issue when using the Zoho CRM Global Variable in Zoho Writer while triggering a merge from a custom function in a button. In the document template, I'm calling the Zoho CRM Global Variable, but its value isn't being displayed at all. I'm not sure if it's a permissions issue or something else. Could you help me find a solution? Thanks!
