Unattended Access, prompts for "Join Remote Support Session"
On a MAC. We have the unattended agent on it and up to today, it's worked fine. Now we get this:
Anyone else have white boxes when connecting to Mac?
Whever I connect to my 2012 Mac Mini server (1TB SSD 16 GB RAM) I can't see the contents of any window. They just look like white boxes. also, the area where the desktop icons are is also just a giant white box. Any idea what is causing this? I want to love this remote solution and it has been pretty flawless everywhere else but I need to connect to this and 5 similar machines with some regularity. Unattended Access not working
When trying to connect to any server using Unattended Access the screen stays on Please wait Starting Support Session It never goes any further. As we support multiple Schools, during the Covid-19 crisis this is a complete disaster. Please advise asap Thank you
Full File Browser Functionality
Right now users can select a specific file to transfer across. It works fine for single files. For more complex tasks it would be extremely helpful to have a view that showed a full file browser of both the local machine and remote machine side by side and let you browse and select files & folder to copy across. This is the one feature that keeps us from moving fully from Logmein Rescue for unattended access, and we hope this feature it's coming.
Can access remote Windows Machine from Mac running macOS 10.15.4.
Installed the system update to macOS 10.15.4 yesterday. Now I can't access my remote Windows computer. The remote screen appears, but no controls (the 2 side panels) appear and no mouse or keyboard input does anything.

Click on Connect and it comes up with Please wait Starting Support Session Trouble is, it never goes any further. Same issue on multiple sites. With the Covid-19 crisis this is disasterous and I would have expected Zoho to have some sort of acknowledgement of the issue on their website. Unfortunately i cannot see any reference other than on this forum.

Hello! Looking for the rename option in the Unattended Device list. It seems to have been replaced with a whole bunch of options that are not available to me since I do not have the professional version.

I can't log in to my devices and I can't get in touch with technical support. Please let me know if this is going to be the norm. We work remotely and can't access the system for hours. Setting up Security and Compliance
Hi, When I got to the Settings -> Security & Compliance, I try to edit the Data Protection -> Confirmation Prompt settings, however when I click on the gear highlighted for any of the options such as the "File Transfer", it just takes me back to the top of the general settings page.

I'm using the Zoho Assistant Standard Edition. I like it so much. Introducing my friends. However, I have a problem with keyboard usage. I can pressing ALT GR + 4 type $ but this shortcut is does not work. Instead, the file menu opens in the application (File>Open....). I need to use alternative methot CTRL + ALT + 4 to type $ in the application. This technique is quite difficult for a staff member and disrupts habits. Blank screen on an Ubuntu client prior to logon.
Connecting to an Ubuntu 19.10, all I get is a blank screen (in Zoho). Once I log in to the system, I am then able to see the remote desktop. I am currently using GDM/Gnome.
Unattended Access Installer Suddenly Requiring Proxy Settings
Hello, We have been using Zoho Assist and the unattended access portion for some time now. We have a giant list of computers that we unattended access to and have never run into this issue before. Whenever we try to install the unattended access, it refuses and asks for proxy settings. I read that it is supposed to, on its on, grab the correct proxy settings from the browser. However, it does not seem to be doing that now. Any reason why? Thanks!

1. When searching devices , it would be nice if it would also show results with all devices from group with that name. To clarify, if we type Zoho in search devices, and there is group named Zoho with devices that don't have Zoho in their name they don't show in search results now. "There is no disk in the drive..." (solved)
When I try to connect to one particular computer (Windows 8) that has Unattended Access installed on it, the remote computer has a box that pops up on its screen saying: [ZMAgent.exe - No Disk] X There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive D:. I have to have someone at the remote computer click on Cancel or Continue before my Zoho Assist finally connects to that computer. Unattended Remote Access - Join, not Connect
Hi, i have been using the Unattended Remote Access, which allowed me to connect a desktop at home. It had been working fine, but first for some reason it went offline if idle for a while: I think I fixed that by changing the setting on changing it to never go sleep. But now I have an issue that while it reads online, it does not have 'Connect' status, but 'Join'. And I see the 'you will be able to access the remote device shortly' message running, but it does not connect... Any ideas?

Mass Deploy to Liinux Computers
I have a script that automatically runs the install of the agent on my linux boxes. The problem is if the box was already installed previously it shows up more than once with the exact same hostname in the Unattended listing. Is there a way to install that will not overwrite if it is already there or is there an option to deleted multiple items for delete from the interface?
zoho assist desktop says offline
i just installed zoho assist on 3 windows 7 desktops in my office. it works fine on 2. but the third one it when viewed remotely via unattended access appears as offline. i know its not offline bc I can see it across the room. also if i am at it I can access the other pcs with zoho assist. ie they are not offline to it but it is offline to them. very odd. please help
zoho unattended installer - network connectivity not present
Hi, I have a win10x64 pro machine on which i have zoho desktop, i am logged in to zoho web, and able to start a zoho remote session to other unattended devices and manage them. Can someone please tell why the ZA unattended agent setup (installer) exits with: "Configuring unattended access failed due to the following reason: The network connectivity is not present or not started." I see the agent installed, i can start it, but it does not log in even though i have already added as allowed app to firewall.

Representative's console stops responding and has to refresh/reload
For some unknown reason and on a random basis, the remote session seems to drop/stop responding. After a few seconds (10-30) the screen seems to reload on the remote computer then starts responding again. I primarily connect using the unattended computers option. Why does this happen?
Windows 10 OS and some applications stop responding on remote machine
The remote computer is unstable after connecting to an unattended Windows 10 computer. The local user nor I can close some apps. Sometimes we can't even get the computer to restart without holding down the power button. Disconnecting the remote session doesn't clear the issue. Connect button greyed out
Ive installed unattended access on 6 machines, but 1 of the machines says its online but the Connect button is greyed out. All the others are fine. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but same issue. Nothing special about this machine, its a windows 7 machine like all the others.
Customer clipboard limit exceeded
I attempted to remote into my computer and had to create a report in excel. I attempted to copy data from my SQL Management Studio Server and upon doing so, received an error that clipboard limit was exceeded. I know my computer is capable of copying the data because I copy more data than the data set I was working with locally. I was using Chrome to connect. Both systems were Windows 10. Please provide a solution as this is one requirement that we need to take on this product in full.
Zoho Assist just dropped connection and won't reconnect
I was just using Assist to work on a machine in a different location. Then it just stopped. I lost the connection. When I try to reconnect, it just keeps me waiting. The status in the panel shows the machine is connected. I need to finish something in the next 4 hours. Hope someone can help. Thanks.
Zoho Unattended Assist do not reply on linux machines
Hi to all. I'm trying trial version of Zoho Unattended Assist with 3 windows and 2 linux machines (one is raspberry pi). Few days ago I'm experimenting a problem with the linux remote machines. Connection is made without problems but after that there is no more response, in all linux remote machine. No click response, no mouse movement response. No problems in windows remote machines. They are showing as Online but when I click on them they start to connect and get stuck on "Starting Support Session". Assist won't connect to any PC's at one location
We have users across different locations, all of which used to be able to connect with Zoho without issues. In the past 2 weeks we can no longer connect to any PC's at one location - they all have the Unattended Access version installed, but when you Connect via web or desktop app the connection just stays on 'You'll be able to access the remote computer shortly'. Access to our other sites is possible as normal. Any ideas on how to resolve this, please? Example session key=724952820 and key=979388846
