noticeable delay in remote control session
Hi guys, setup a trial today and I have a question regards the speed of remote control, there is a big response lag between an input and seeing it take effect. Im based in the UK and on a 380mb connection and client (also in the UK) is on a 75MB connection so speeds are healthy. Ill always be controlling PCs within the UK - can you check im on the right server? and / or do you have desktop software for technician use rather than the browser method? John
Pass "Windows key" to unattendant Client
Hello We like to use Zoho Assist to manage remote "Digital Signage Clients". On this Clients the only way to go out of the full-Screen Application is to hit the "Windows Key" on the Keyboard. How can I pass the Window Key to the remote Client..? Is there any Shortcut..? Regards Beat
Program Windows and Start Menu/Toolbar Freeze When Remoting In
We are currently on the trial version of Unattended Access testing for our company. We have encountered a major issue where sometimes when remoting in we cannot manipulate any of the program windows, click on the start icon or anything on the toolbar. However, you can open things on the desktop but once they are open you cannot control it. Using the Quick Launch option we are able to open apps like control panel among other things...but cannot do anything with the open window. We have found a workaround
Can we get technician Permissions on the Roadmap?
As an MSP, we need the ability to control which client computers our technicians can access. The lack of this feature prevents us using Zoho Assist more fully. Here are some very common reasons why this feature is needed: Security concerns may only permit 1 technician to access confidential information. The stems from the security principal of least privilege. Technicians work on specific accounts. We don't grant them access to ALL of our client's computers. We do not want a 1st tier technician

New UI unattended list MUCH more difficult to navigate / find computers
This is my first post here. We've been using unattended access for about 1.5 years now. We have close to 100 computers in roughly 15 groups. Used to be easy, just scroll down the groups list, which was always on. Now, I have to use a drop down just to see the groups, and it's not as easy to navigate/scroll, find, and select the group. I assumed that over time, we would get used to it, like when Hulu changed it's UI, but nope, it's just a PITA every time. Can we maybe get an acknowledgment that

When the unattended installer has an MSI extension, it can be rolled out with native Group Policy in a domain. The EXE version cannot be (that I am aware of).

unattended can't access, suddenly require me run in service mode
why suddenly require the agent need to run in service mode to send alt + crtl + del? I tired click on "Run as service" button but it has no effect. Now I cannot login any of hosts, please help
Unattended Access onto a MacOS
Hi, I am having issues connecting to macOS computers, it just sits in "You'll be able to access the remote computer shortly", until I log into a user on that computer and then the remote session works For me I use it to log into my work computer from home, So I cant keep the computer logged in all day Has anyone experienced this and how do I fix it?

Updating Unattended Acceress
I accidentally emailed an old version of the ZA_Access.exe installer to a customer. I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the lastest version, then rebooting. It was still running the old version. I also tried updating to the latest version by running c:\Program Files (x86)\ZohoMeeting\UnAttended\ZohoMeeting\ZA_Upgrader.exe -- I received a UAC prompt, but it didn't appear to do anything else. The old verison works, but what can I do to get the latest version working? Thanks.
Android APP Security Problem
Hi, Reported this via online chat, if a technician downloads the Android app they have access to ALL of the pc's on Zoho Unattended Access even though they are restricted to one group in the Zoho Manage Technicians area. e.g. if a client wants to have access to their own pc's we cannot allow this because this will give them access to all of our other clients via Android.
Zoho server is down
One day in after moving to Zoho Assist from LogMeIn and we can not access half of our clients to provide support ! No one at Zoho replies to online chat, email or phone calls ! - It's not looking very promising... Assist tells us that our client's Pc's have been offline for upwards of 6 hours... How are we supposed to get a status update when no-one at Zoho seems willing to reply to our requests for help. Entire Network is Offline???
Since I came in around 7 CDT this morning, 60 of the 64 computers I manage via Zoho assist have shown as offline; if you try to use the WoL button, you get a pop up that states "Power on failed... since the whole network is offline." I can access these PCs by other means, not to mention the fact that my inbox isn't exploding with "network down" complaints, so the issue is obviously on the Zoho side. Changing My computers to a new account.
I have multiple computers assign to my old company user and password. It was purchased and my new company wants me to get my assist login changed to the new company. Is there a way to do this with out having to change each computer?

Hi, im just trialing Zoho Assist and coming a bit unstuck... everything installs ok, there is a green dot next to the computername in the console and the machine is registering as online... but when I connect it goes through the motions - Starting support session - Connected, waiting for response. but then never completes the connection. any ideas?!
Limit unattended access
We would like to add another technician for our unattended remote access. Is there any way to limit which computers this tech can access? We would only like them to access computers at one location.
Group Sorting
in unattended i tend to use the groups a lot to sort when i add a new group it seems to add to the end of the list and there is no way of sorting into alphabetic order am i missing something or is there a method?

Almost all Unattended computers gone!
Hello, I've been a paid user of Zoho Assist for a few years now and have had good success with it, until the past few days. I have around 30-40 computers setup for unattended access though I only occasionally access any of them. They are all in certain groups so I can keep track of things better. Earlier this week I noticed that in my Zoho Assist Desktop program that all computers disappeared and it says no computers added under the Remote Access section. I've tried refreshing it and logging out

Remote sessions double type random letters
This is regardless of which computer I use to remote into and which one I remote control. A few months ago they all started randomly typing double letters. When I am typing something on the remote computer. I am using unattended host installs. (most of them were installed about a year ago or more) Example: (something like this) Clieent number one is doiing well. I have not updated the remote assist unattended host. Zoho Assist Portal Not Showing Paid Status
I recently purchased a subscription for unattended access of 25 computers. When I am signed into the portal at: assist.zoho.com/assist and I look at the "settings" section, the text that appears indicates that I am in a "free edition" when I should be in a paid edition. Also, my email address does not show as being a technician. No technicians are listed. I had Zoho Assist installed on a Windows 2008 R2 server, and this computer is not showing as "online". What is happening?

I can only see a few computers online. Most are offline so we surely have a problem. I have sent an e-mail to support.

Server 2003 Unable to run Unattendedcleint.exe
Anyone else have the issue installing the unattended client? I downloaded from the ZOHO web add computer on the pc itself and the installer wont run. I have tried it on 3 so far , same issue. One worked fine . All are Server 2003 service pack 2 or better. No issues with 2008 Server install
Unattended access, no groups, showing as Free Edition!
HI This morning I came to use Zoho Assist to access a couple of PC's I have set up in Unattended Access, to find that only 5 of the 90+ PC's and Groups I had no longer appear. I have tried logging out, Logging in, in Chrome (usual way) and Android phone, but all I can see are 5 PC's. As far as I know we paid for a full years service in Feb 2017. The worrying thing is that it says "You are in free edition. UPGRADE" Help, as I'm stuck without remote access to my customers. Danny

Maximum number of unattended computers
I have just received the message "Oops! You have reached the maximum amount of unattended computers" when I tried to install the unattended assist agent on a client's computer today. I have never received this message before and I was under the impression I had an unlimited amount of unattended agent installs (but not concurrent sessions, of course). I have the Remote Support Professional Plan. Can anyone tell me why I am getting this error message now? Thank you.

Hi I am getting the above message when i try and install Unattended access. I have deleted some of the old pcs out that i no longer need but still get the same message. Is there a maximum number of pcs we can have unattended. Regards Thomas Frosdick
Some unattended computers are not listed in Zoho Assist
I have an issue where some of the computers configured with Unattended access are not listed to make a connection. I have noticed that they stay on for a bout 90 days and then disappear, requiring a reboot or reinstallation. Very inconvenient.
Mobile App - Access Restricted
Hello, I just installed the Zoho Android app and logged into my account which is a Professional license, but I get this message:"Access Restricted.
