We are not able to configure Unattended Access on this computer
This error comes up every time we try to install the Unattended Access on Windows 10. Tried on multiple computers with the same result (from just downloading ZA_Access.exe so is up to date). Any solution?
Unattended access not working
I have about 20 computers on unattended access on zoho assist but for some reason i have 1 or 2 computers that i try and add but they will not show up as online on zoho assit on the desktop app or the online version. Is there anything am doing wrong? One main pc i need to get sorted is running windows 8 home. Unattended computer name suggestion
I am aware I can personalise the computer name, however initially I often have difficulty identifying a newly installed computer. I often ask client to install the unattended installer but when I look at my list of Unattended Computers I cannot tell which is their computer. e.g. list shows : LAPTOP-QH3U61IJ LAPTOP-U1MTFGMK DESKTOP-R0T1MQU DESKTOP-9MM73BK It is not practical to try all those online, nor would I want to interrupt another computer. I am unable to connect to clients - receiving Connection Lost error
I cannot connect to any clients via zoho assist. These are clients who have been set up for months for unattended remote access. I've used updated version of both Chrome and Explorer, but always receive the following error: Connection Lost! Reconnection attempt under progress... I've tried uninstalling, then reinstalling, which was unsuccessful. Some of these clients are behind firewalls, some are not.

Good morning, We use ZohoUnattended.msi to install the unattended client during our imaging process. We've recently started receiving the error "failed to create unattended service" during installation. I've emailed the log files to support@zohoassist.com. Your help is much appreciated.
Unattended Support - Server loses ability to login - Black Screen Only
After installing Zoho Assist unattended access ; I successfully tested; but quickly after installing the client the login screen has gone black, and I am unable to wake it up or pass credentials via Zoho Unattended Access or even via the local keyboard. This happened pretty much immediately after adding Zoho Unattended service to the server. Server 2012 R2 is the OS. Any known issues that have some workarounds/resolutions I can try. I hate to have to remove the product as it seems very promising
Cannot Setup Unattended Access
I am brand new to Zoho Assist and it is not starting off well. Every time I try to set up unattended access I get: It doesn't matter what name I put in or what computer I try to set it up on I get the same problem. This is a critical feature for me, please help. Thank you

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, with the desktop client I get stuck on this message both when attempting to connect to an unattended client and when starting a remote support session. The browser based, sessions connect fine.
Unattended Client tray icon not shwoing on some client PCs
Hi. Ive having an occassional problem where unattended client PCs don't always show the tray icon. This is often not a problem, however does cause difficulties where the client PC has access disabled. This can usually be fixed by reinstalling the client s/w but recently had a situation where it did not. What causes this problem and what can i do to reliably fix please...? Thanks.
Unattended Remote Access
We started using Zoho to support our Customers remotely. We do most of our work using the Unattended Support feature. The problem we had is that after installing the unattended app, our remote machines would show that they were "Offline" when we know that they are online. To fix this we had to reinstall the Unattended Client app. It would occur again, requiring an additional reinstall. After a few weeks of this we went back to Go To Assist from Citrix. Android App - can not open any unattended computers from list
Hi One of our employees has 3 x computers in his unattended list, available and working from the computer / web based system without problem. However in the Android App he can not click to open any of these computers, it simply does nothing, tap on the computer name (online with green icon) and literally nothing happens. He has a Nexus 5X phone on Android 6.0.1 However I myself have a HTC 10 also on Android 6.0.1 and it works fine. Any ideas what we can try on his phone?
Unattended Access
We downloaded the FREE version of Assist to determine if this is a better solution then we currently use. We added one computer under remote access - when I select Add Computer under Unattended Computers it downloads file. Saying Unattended Access has been configured but does not show option or Prompt for information for the remote computer I am trying to add. Is this because it is the Free version and I am not seeing or able to add computers or am I missing another menu somewhere?
unattended access offline if service is started while offline
hi! I have noticed an unwanted behavior with Zoho Assist unattended mode. if a computer is started while it is not connected to the internet, Zoho Assist will not go online once the connection is on. service restart fixes the problem, but it is not a solution. I suspect this can be quickly fixed, because agent does reconnect, if it was online and the connection goes down for some time. seems that only the service startup while offline creates a problem. I hope you got my point. thanx!
Unattended session loses connection
I am experiencing a frequent issue. I utilize the unattended sessions for all of our devices. I am finding that I consistently lose connection to many machines and the only way to get it back is to either restart the unattended service or to reboot the computer. These machines have not lost Internet connectivity or gone to sleep.
Unattended Computers - Status
Hello, When I view my unattended computers after logging into meetinglab.zoho.com, I have noticed three different statuses, one of which (yellow) I cannot understand. Is there documentation explaining each of these? Green circle - Awake and available for remote session. Grey circle - Unavailable. I have seen this when the remote computer is asleep or turned off. New Groups.
Hi, I was pleased to log in today and find groups available to the unattended computers in the web portal J . How ever I seem to have already broken it L. I moved a computer to the wrong group, moved it to the correct group and now appears in both groups. I tried removing the computer but that removes it from the whole system. Hi, In order to offer an alternative to unattended access for our clients with manned systems I believe there is software available which they can have on their desktop and insert a session key provided when they need support in order to remove the need to visit our or Zohos website to start a remote session. Unattended Updates
I would like to see a new posting on updates for the unattended computers, I have been using it but with a lot of bugs and problems, I would like to see revision numbers so I know I am using the latest version of the unattended software, and how to upgrade to the latest version I don't see an option for this. At this point in time it is not reliable enough for me to switch from LogMeIn Central, I did purchase the technician license and do like that.

If we use unattended support, nothing is on the session report. This should be there.

I am considering using Zoho Assist for a tech support business and would like to setup unattended access so I can conveniently perform support during certain time periods. If I purchase a license for 50 unattended access computers does this mean I can be setup for 50 different computers at any given time? Thanks

HI Is the subscription for Unattended Access being changed? I see from the pricing page that Unattended Access is now listed separately from the number of Technicians. How will this affect affect existing subscriptions where a number (100+ ??) of unattended computers were included in a Technicians subscription? Problem with reinstalling unattended access
Hi We removed a computer using the 'Remove' link in our Remote Access list and uninstalled the Unattended Client from the PC. We wish to re-add that computer so installed the unattended client again - however the computer will not appear again in our Remote Access list. Any thoughts??

Unattended Assist installations not staying connected
Hi, Has anybody else had the issue where after installing the unattended client, the computer very rarely, or mostly never actually shows as available. This is the same situation on many PC's for me, and I know they are online as I have been able to get remote access using the manual remote session without issue. I'm using Windows 8.1 with Firefox and the Firefox Plugin, client PC's are a mixture of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 machines. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I have been using Zoho assist as an alternative to LogMeIn for the last 5 months and I must say it is a great product - it achieves almost everything I need. It would be nice however to have more information on the "My Computers" list. If the computer is Offline, it would be helpful to have the information of when that computer was last online. Can't hide menue remote assist client by Unattended Installer
Hello, we are testing Zoho Assist, we have the following issue on Windows 8.1 Pro (German) with Unattended Client on Google Chrome, Firefox or IE Windows 8.1 Pro (Host). Unattended access black screen
I am testing Zoho Assist with an eye to cancelling my subscription to Logmein. I have installed Unattended Access to try it out. It installs fine, but when I try to access the computer it gets to "Customer Screen is Loading" and that's all. The screen stays black. I've tried the installation on two different computers with the same results. Come on, I've only got three weeks before Logmein hooks me for another year.
