Unattended Assist from Desktop Plugin
I have no option to access Unattended computers from the desktop plugin. How is this done?
How to install Assist on client computer as a unattended computer option?
1) How do I install zoho assist in order that it has work as "Unattended Computer"? I need funcionality as "TeamViewer Host" - program work in the background without user intervention when I need connect to computer 2) How many "Unattended Computer" can I make? 3) It is possible to share list od "Unattended Computer" to another technician?

Hello Zoho Team! I switched to your zoho support last year and apart from the odd niggle, it's been great. Now on to zoho assist. For my remote support, I used to use simple help (due to price) but it the client installer was blocked by many of the main AV programs making assisted connections a frustrating experience. I bit the bullet and switched to gotoassist which has been great apart from the serious price tag that came with it. I am due to renew this in April but I am now testing zoho assist
Remote software access
I know that Zoho Assist allows me to transfer software to the clients computer, however let me ask this. Is there a way to run my Registry repair software and my virus scanning programs installed on my machines, but scanniner their computer? Before you answer let me elaberate. I want to run them from my computer but scan theirs without tranfering and installing the programs on their computers. Is this possible?
Why are only 6 of my unattended computers showing up in my list for Assist?
I can only see 6 of my unattended computers in my list for Assist. Everytime I add a new one, one of the others is removed. Can someone explain this to me? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks, Lezlie
ZoHo Assist crashes when opening unattended computer list
When I start ZoHo Assist, login and go to the unattended computer list the programm crashes. When I go to the unattended computer list from ZoHo Meeting and try to delete an entree the programm also ends with an unexpected error. So how can I now connect to my customers and give them support ? We moved over to ZoHo because it's integrated in the ManageEngine helpdesk, but untill now we are sorry we did so.
Reboot and Reconnect Features along with unattended support.

Zoho Assist upgrade not going through
Whenever I try to pay the $12/month to upgrade my account, it just hangs up at "please wait". I've tried in two different browsers, but having entered in my credit card info, I would REALLY like to avoid trying to click submit over and over. Furthermore, when I logged in on another browser, it had me login again as if I were a new user.... Any ideas?

Unattended Support?
Is there a way to initiate a support session WITHOUT a user on the other end selecting an OK button? I want to provide support and updates after hours on machines, and was wondering if there was a way to have the end user "authorize" me to do so.
Remote Assist API
Hi, I am trying out ZOHO API for ZOHO Meeting. There is "createRemoteAssistance" api which i am interested. However, when i tried to test the URL ie: POST method, the returned xml say "Specified apikey [my key] is not valid.Provide a correct one." I had checked and tally that it is the correct API key gen for my ZOHO account(zapi). Though i am a Free Partner user for now, as i need to confirm this is working solution before i can upgrade to be Commercial partner. Any help is very much appreciated.
