Hi, I'd like to set up a SaaS business in Germany that charges users small recurring payments. However, with a large number of invoices and a small amount per invoice, how do I get these to my tax adviser? There will be too many invoices to manually forward them. Thank you for this new, very useful report. It would also be extremely helpful for us if it also listed (or gave the option to list) the Addon with quantity = 0. That way we will see what Addon are not selling in the specified period. Is it a way to have this listed as well? Thankx

The Subscription documentation page has an example of adding a Subscription Customer from a Creator function. I have that working. Are there examples of creating or updating an associated Subscription. What are the field names and which are required? Zoho upgrade
Hi - I am getting a little frustrated at finding my subscription plan so that I can upgrade. I go to the 'gear icon' as stated, but nothing is there. Am I missing something? I want to add a new email address to my current plan (the free one). I notice I can do this for two Euros a month. Please can someone help.

how to track add-on plan because in subscription management tab only main plan details were visible the invoice was generated was perfect but in subscription tab no add-on detail present. I am not able to see which customer taken which add-ons is there any way to check add-ons details?
Applying open credits by subscription
Hello! Are you any closer to giving us the ability to apply open credits to a specific subscription? Right now, we do not have the Redeem Credit function enabled because the credits would be automatically applied to any billed subscription. We need the feature to have the ability to be directed at the subscription level, not the account level. Thank you!
Add an addon to a subscription with auto_collect set to false
Hi, I would like to add an addon to an existing subscription (https://www.zoho.com/subscriptions/api/v1/#Subscriptions_Update_a_subscription). I have set auto_collect to false but the API answers {"code":8006,"message":"La carte n’est pas spécifiée. Veuillez ajouter une carte à cet abonnement pour continuer."} Is there an issue in the API ? More flexibility on Hosted Pages ?
I like more flexibility on Hosted Pages, this is due to the fact I am not a programmer I wold like to have more customization on Hosted Pages like: - add Addons and coupon to a plan already suscribed in the past - cutomize the look an feel (as a form creator)
Paypal Payment Error and Questions
Paypal Payment Error Gateway credentials are not valid. Please provide valid credentials. How can I troubleshoot this error message? When I enter the Paypal details in the intergration it successfully authenticates. Zoho Subscriptions & Stripe: How can I pass an invoice # to Stripe so I can match up payments from Stripe reports?
We use Stripe for processing credit card charges for subscriptions in Zoho Subscriptions, but we need to be able to pass our Invoice # from Zoho to Stripe so that we can reconcile the credit card payments in our accounting system. Anyone have any idea how we can do this? Thanks, Nick Bryant

Hi we keep encountering this error on sign up. We enter our credentials in the setup it authenticates fine and says its successful. But when we go to test the system we get the error. Uploading backdated subscriptions

I am already four editions (quarterly) in with approx 800 subscriptions that are about to roll over / require renewal. Zoho Subscription Sync to Zoho CRM
When Zoho Subscription is sync (settings / integration / zoho apps / zoho crm) (Sync Both Way Activated - Accounts & Contacts - Overwrite checked) If a contact person was already existing as a contact in Zoho CRM. The sync generates a Duplicate in Zoho CRM! The overwrite option just works to avoir duplicates in Zoho Subscription. But do not work to avoid duplicates in Zoho CRM. No chance to get a Workaround? Or a fix ?
Help pulling data from payload and saving to database

I want this .php page to pull the customers name, email and customer id from the payload and save it in my MySQL user database on my server. How do I format this to receive this information? Variable Pricing for a Plan per Month
We offer variable pricing for our customers changing with revenue we created for our customers each month. So our plan's for our customers is like: fixed + variable per month (we calculate variable part at the end of month) how can we implement this variable structure with Zoho Subscriptions? I notice that when I process a customer using Zoho Subscriptions and using Stripe as my payment gateway, the payment will show up in Stripe, but Stripe does not show that there are any Subscriptions. Should it? Or is the reoccurring payment (subscription) only happening on the Zoho side and Stripe does not see it a subscription?

Do you have any concept whereby we can validate coupon code for a particular set of customers or partners. E.g I have created Coupon50% off some selected plan, but I want to apply that only for selected customers and not all customers. How can i restrict that. I created Annual Subscription X 1 for a Yearly Plan of 12 months at say 12000/- now after 3 months i changed the Qty from 1 to 2 , how much will it shall charge for the remaining 9 months for the 2nd Qty - 12000 or it shall pro rata to 9000 . Kindly gude.

I have my own database of users which is going to hold information regarding its zoho subscription status to enable, or disable certain features of the website. By my current understanding, this is what I would expect the process to be: 1. Add 'Secured by' to the Zoho Subscriptions footer -along with Lock Icon
Would it be possible to modify the footer to convey the secure state of the payment data that is being entered into the Zoho Subscription form? That's pretty standard now and would go a long way toward making my clients feel more secure when they pull out their credit card. The internet can be a scary place these days, it might be nice to add a little reassurance.

I am using an API to update a card for a subscription. To do so, i have created a hostedpage through an API and after getting the hosted page url, i am redirecting user to that specific url where it takes card details from the user. This flow was working fine till now but from this morning when i redirect user to hostedpage url, the hostepage shows "Sorry, you don't have required access Internal Error". What may be the cause of getting this error? What are the possible solutions for this?
Pro rata annual subcription billing
Say a customer buys 10 annual user subscriptions for our Saas product on the 1st July 2017. So the recurring invoice date would be 1st July 2018. After 3 months they buy another 10 annual users subscriptions. Will Zoho automatically pro rate the new purchases to charge for 9 months (i.e. 9/12ths of the annual subscription) and then bill for 20 users at the renewal date? If not, how do you suggest managing the scenario?
Hosted Page - Upgrading user from LIVE £0 subscription to 30 Day Trial Paid Plan Fails
We have 2 subscriptions on our website managed by Zoho subscriptions.. One is a plan that is setup with a cost of £0 the other is a £20 per month recurring subscription. Upgrades from the £0 to £20 plan are done via a hosted page, which worked fine until recently we added a 30 day FREE Trial period to the £20 plan. Create subscription using API that should go into trial_expired state when trial is over instead of going into 'live' status
Hello, I am creating subscription from API where I set trial period of x days. After x days we want the trial to expire - means the subscription to go into expired status. Currently once the trial is over customer gets an email with invoice and asked to be paid and teh status of the subscription is changed to LIVE. Get notification when trial period is extended
I can see there are options to subscribe for subscription related changes via webhooks. Using / integrated few of them already. The one I am particularly interested in to get notified to a wehbook URL when a trialing customer's subscription's - "trial expiry date" is extended / changed. I tried to subscribe to all event for subscription in webhook but did not got notified to configured webhook URL when I extended trial period from Zoho subscription portal UI.
