How do I view the time a user clicked or opened a campaign email?
I would find it very useful to know what time each user performed click or open actions on a campaign, but I can't seem to find that data anywhere. Is this something I can get access to? It would also be helpful if this data could be attached to the data that we push to our Zoho CRM (the Email Member Status Data), so that click/open time could be seen in a user's CRM lead profile. Hi, We have lists of people who we send campaigns out to, however when they unsubscribe from the email campaigns, they automatically get unsubscribed from receiving our emails from CRM/Zoho. Which is not ideal as we still need them to receive our emails?

I seem to have a high percentage of bounced emails with Zoho Campaigns, even after cleaning my list with an outside service. We are in the B2B marketplace where statistics show that some 30% of B2B servers are set up to catch all. Zoho Campaign Test Email Looks distorted
Hoping someone can help. I have created an email from a template in campaigns with images and text. It looks just the way i want it to in the campaign creator. So far so good. The issue arises when i send out a test email. The formatting is distorted. Text which was in a column below an image is now next to the image, and the 2 columns of images now appear as one long column. Can anyone advise on whats happening and how i can resolve this?
