here's another efficiency enhancement to help users switch between chats. user story: as a cliq user when i have an unread message in a channel or direct message, i would like the ability to use the search or spotlight search shortcut then immediately click enter so that cliq can automatically switch me to the most recent "unread" message, without me having to manually type in the name of the channel/contact or to use my mouse. i've used other business messaging apps like cliq, slack, rivr, etc.
Adding groups of people to a Cliq Channel
Hi There, i want to create a series of Cliq channels, all locked down to invite only. I'd like to then create groups of people so I can invite them to the channel in 1 easy process (rather then inviting them all individually). Is this possible please? Regular signouts of Windows Desktop Application
Cliq regularly signs me out of the Windows Desktop Application. It is not consistent; there will be times where it will allow me to stay signed in for 2 days straight and other days where it will sign me out after 4 hours, even while in use. I am using my Google account tied to my Zoho account to sign in, with Google 2FA active. A related issue is that the "Remember me on this PC" does not seem to work with the Google 2FA sign in; it will ask me every time I sign in to go through the 2FA process.

Cliq has "Mute" turned on after the windows app is restarted when it was NOT muted before
Please fix this by NOT turning MUTE ON by default so notifications are not missed. Muting seems to also disable showing @ mentions. I tested this with someone sitting next to me in DMs. I would not expect muting to prevent seeing the @ indicator for a new mention while I am using the cliq client. Please let me know if you'd like a more thorough explanation.

Messages not notifying on Windows App
We have Cliq on Windows Apps across our office. Starting on 22-05-19 messages have not been notifying the receivers in our entire organization. This includes private chats, mentions, and channel chats. There have been no machine reboots between the 21st (working) and the 22nd (not working) to suggest an issue like Windows Update.
