Hi, please consider adding a visible indication of new messages in the system tray / indicator panel icon. I'm not sure if it's already like that on the other platforms, I'm using Ubuntu. Docs Not Opening
Since the site was down for maintenance yesterday none of our documents will open. We have a combination of word, excel and pdf all in zoho formats that used to work perfectly now a message comes up to try to restore to a previous version when you attempt to do this it does not allow you to save or export the previous version or do anything with it. Hi guys, Is there a desktop (windows) app for chat? I have been using another chat software for several years and it uses a desktop app for the technician. It looks like Zoho chat requires that a browser be open in order to notify. I'm a one man operation and I work on multiple computers (and several virtual machines as well) and I wouldn't remember to keep a browser open with the chat all the time. Any ideas for a solution?
