No way to adjust an order after it is placed

Hello, 1 ) We do not offer online payments. Is there a way to disable them? When I enable offline payments, the radio button for online payment option in the checkout form is still present. 2) We offer two types of offline payment. The file export feature suggests the following workflow for making edits: "Export your existing products from here. You can make edits and add new products in the same file, and re-import it as CSV file." Simply put, if this worked the way it's been described, it would have saved an enormous amount of my own time over the last year. There are a couple of issues... Backordering Items
We have integrated our website with Zoho Inventory. So basically stock and SKU information is flowing from Zoho Inventory to Zoho Commerce. So all items that does is not in stock in my warehouse shows as 'Out of Stock' on my website. However, I want to accept orders for SKUs that is currently not in my warehouse and backorder items from my suppliers once we get the inventory. Is this possible? In case I adjusted the stock position manually, will this affect my accounting on Zoho Inventory?

Removing Trial Accounts
Just upgraded my account for Zoho Commerce. I was creating a store and switched templates part way through development. The switching of templates really disjointed the formatting. I went to add another store and start the process over, and I was prompted to upgrade my account. I see that I have two trial accounts and one paid. Do I need to remove my trial accounts? If so, how do you remove the trial account? Or do I only get two stores with the paid subscription? If that is the case, I suppose

Template Editing
I want to edit the layout associated with my selected Product Details page. How can I determine which FACE files are associated with that page? Are their any tools available for identifying FACE files for page elements and for previewing changes to check they are as intended? We are trying to implement Zoho Commerce and initially the functionality looks great. Would it be possible to have a way to give member level discounts? This way if someone is logged in to the site they can see the discounted price that they pay. It would also encourage our clients to buy via our website.

Commerce does not push the shipping address to PayPal This means I have one of three choices for printing labels. 1. Unable to add simple variants
I am unable to add two simple variants to a product. Support suggested it needs to be added in Inventory first and added to a group (which would mean entirely rebuilding all of my products as I built them in Commerce, which is what I thought it was supposed to allow you to do). Inventory says I have 2 more days on my trial and then it's very expensive. I don't want to use Inventory, I don't need it, I don't want to pay for it and I don't track inventory. I want to add my items in Books or Commerce
It says I have duplicate variants but where are they to change?
It's telling me I have duplicate variants so it won't save it. I think it came originally from Books (the older duplicates). I don't see anywhere to clean them up and remove duplicates. I've clicked everything I can find in Books, Inventory (which I don't want to have to use) and Commerce. I see no way to clean them up. Where are they?

There needs to be a way to replace an existing picture in an item group
On more than one occasion I've needed to replace a picture that's used for multiple items within the same item group. Since some of my item groups can be over 100 items, changing a single picture manually on every single item is arduous and prone to errors. I think zoho is doing great work on bringing zoho commerce to the masses. But I'm concerned that features like warehouses, drop shipping per item (via location) and many other things specific to my business will never make it into the product. Is there a way that Zoho can open up Zoho Commerce so that other developers can write specific added functionality?

Evidently the combined number of characters between the item name, and all three attributes is now being limited to 200. Why? If this is seriously intended as a new restriction, I have to say that this is not the kind of thing you can just spring on your user base without even a word of warning, as my catalog will need significant revision to accommodate a change of this sort, being that I use variants extensively.
