Lookup fields display does not make sense
in my form I have several Lookup drop downs. Each one contains a code # for a part option and the purpose is to build a complete part number made up of all the individual options chosen. Each option table has 2 fields, Part# and Description, for example One of the Tables may have Part # Q36t , Q39t, G34d etc are in a part numbers Fields and Heater Option36W, Black Paint Option, and Steel Option. Need to Sync between CRM records and Creator records
Hi Everyone, I need to make an automated flow which can make a sync between CRM and Creator records. If i update a record in CRM then it should change the creator record automatically and vice- versa Half of task is done by me, if i do anything in Creator then its reflecting in CRM as well whether its creating new record or updating existing record. Also when i create a new record in CRM, same record is being created in Creator form but if i update existing record in CRM then i am not able to update

I have an app that I share with 2 other people. Is it possible to track their activities? Would it be possible to tell which user did or didn't make an update or change to our data?
Using Record ID to autopopulate
Is it possible to use Record ID from one app to autopopulate (certain) fields in another app? I'm using forms to set up a workflow, so as a form is submitted, an email with the appropriate info is generated to a second group. That group picks and chooses which sets of data to take action on (3/10). The info from the first form is needed, along with new info that the second group adds. Basic Question on Creator layout. Cannot see the tabs
I have a silly question. I have not used Zoho creator for a few years and cannot figure out how to get my layout to show the tabs as shown in the tutorials and videos that I see. I do not have a tab for Views or Share... This is the layout that I see in the tutorials and videos and remember from the past. My Layout looks like this.... Database Questions
I am a real estate agent in VA. I have created a form, allowing me or another agent to enter in several fields to capture information on incoming leads/prospects, then save that record to a database. Success Message not Displaying
I have a stateless form that I am trying to embed into my website. It works great, with the one exception I can't seem to get the success message to display. When I submit the data, it just resets the form with no indication that it was successful as opposed to just reseting the form. I've also tried a link in the next url field, but that doesn't work either. Any help or suggestions? Any other information you might need? Thanks!
Apply same filter for multiple reports on HTML Page
Hello, I'm trying to make a 'dashboard' view to summarize a customer's history based on input from multiple Forms (service reports, customer data, time since last maintenance, etc.). I've created a Report for each Form, and then embedded these in a Page. In order to select which customer the dashboard is for, I've enabled filtering by this field for each embedded Report. However, this requires setting the filter separately for each sub-Report on the Page. Is there any way to set the filter once
combine info from two forms in one report
Hello all, Some help would be appreciated. I have three forms which make up kind of a library for hard drives which come in and out of our office. The first form (DRIVE_CATALOGUE) establishes a unique ID number for each drive (DRIVEID) and saves some other permanent details. There is also a LOCATION field which is hidden and cannot be edited via the form. It pulls data from the other two forms, depending which was updated most recently (see below.) How to sum up values?
Hi, Currently I have a form that records student attendance for attending certain events. Each event is worth 10 points and by attending, for example, three separate events, they earn 30 points. How can I sum up these three separate events point values and use this sum value in another form?

In Reports, I can set lookup fields to display with a link which displays the linked form's values. Is there any way to achieve the same thing but with the form in edit mode?
Strange repeated and displaced sections of screen
Sometimes I get displaced sections of reports. I am using Google Chrome running on Windows 8 and a very fast Internet connection. I have seen it many times on my new and old PC. Any ideas?
unable to edit any application settigs
I am unable to edit any of the general settings for my creator applications, The error message tells me to contact support. Well, support has been completely unresponsive. This has been going on for about 1 week. Access to my Creator account has been enabled for several days now and that is making me uncomfortable as well. I simply cannot move forward at this point. Please advise.
Filters not working
I sent a support ticket but no one answers so I was hoping someone could help me. My views keep losing the data and I have to delete the filters and create a new view every time to get the data to show. Any suggestions on what I can do to stop this. It seems there is a problem with the filters.
email quota with paid plans
Seems like I saw something on zoho about email quotas per user per day but now I am about to sign up for a paid version and there is not description of email quotas on the paid signup page except for add-ons (emails $20/ 500 / month). filter a lookup, based on another lookup
I have a small database holding info on the following candidates employers vacancies referrals Vacancies are added with a lookup to the employers now in the referrals table I want to pick a candidate, then pick an employer and have another drop down listing the vacancies for that employer instead of all vacancies. can anyone point me in the right direction ? cheers Mitch

ETA for Query - Paid Customer
Hi Zoho Support, What is ETA for defect fix or help? I have been trying since 24 hours to contact Zoho Support, as well as sent mail with my requirements. I am not able to reach through Phone and nobody is there who can respond mail promptly. We are paid customer and one issue/query holds entire application development process. At least, give call back if you are not able to answer when we call.

Hi all Newbie to zoho creator, not to databases. have created a database for personal use. i use the view in order to query the data and it works fine. i want to prevent myself from accidentally editing the data as it will never change. can i make the database read only or inhibit add up delete on the view? How to reference subform data (pre-fill from existing data)
This sounds like it should be fairly straightforward - I have a form that has a subform which is filled out. A second form pre-fills in data from the information submitted. I can't use this older information to fill in the subform in the new form. (other fields work perfectly fine) I've tried: z2=FormName [ID = IDofOld].SubformName; And this returns the IDs of the subform. If I just set the subform in the current form equal to the z2, I get an error when running the application saying: Error Executing

Empty deluge field name (problem with cyrillic)
I'm create field in the form (date type), and fill the name of field using cyrillic character. ZC automatically assign cyrillic name to field deluge name and save changes ... Command to Hide/Show (ALL Fields on Form)
Hi, I've noticed it gets extremely cumbersome to hide or show fields in forms which have 30 fields or more. Could we have 4 commands, Hide(all) Show(all) Enable(all) Disable(all), much like Deselect.all for checkboxes. This makes coding much neater and simpler. Instead of hiding 25 fields, we'd rather hide all then show the 5 we need. Anyone else need this? I hope you can come up with a solution please. Thanks in advance.
Conversion from Personal to Domain Account?
This is probably just a simply oversight on my part but I'll post it anyway. I have a Google Apps integrated Zoho Creator account and I'm trying to convert it from a Personal Account to a Domain Account. I'm using the instructions provided here http://www.zoho.com/creator/help/general/zoho-creator-for-your-domain.html#Account_Types, however when I click on Settings|My Account I don't see the page reflected in the documentation for verifying domain ownership. What am I missing?
Creator AutoNumber Edit
I need my records to be auto numbered sequentially. However, my staff deleted some records so now the ID number reads 117, 119, 123, 125 instead of following continuously. Is there any way that I can edit the auto number to include the number that were deleted. Every time a new number is created it starts from the last generated auto number. Any assistance?

Can not make appliation public
I can not make an application public. No matter what I do it reverts to private. This happens on the application, on forms, and on reports. There just seems to be no way to make these public. It used to work with no problems but since the new editor was added I have had nothing but problems.

Can't edit after saving a new view??
My shared users can't edit after saving a new view. They can edit fine from one of the views I created with the app. But if they then re-sort, hide-columns etc to customize the view, then save it under a new name, if they then click to edit a record, there is an error message that says "there is no such form in zoho creator" and the app locks up.
