I have a referral form set up with a custom approval process (couldn't use the built in one because the referral form is published, and still needed the approval functionality). Once a referral is "approved" the deluge script creates a new record in our "main profile" records for the family being referred, and it populates the new record with information submitted in the referral form. My question is - is it possible to include some way to check first if there is already a record with the same

select command to set a choice in drop down of a subform
Hi, I have a drop down list in subform which is dynamically populated when the record is added. However when the record is edited, only the selected option remains and other other options are removed from the drop down so the user is not able to select another option. I do not know why the drop down is not populated. As a I am re-populating the drop down, the original selection is lost. Integrating Zoho with e-commerce platform
Hi, I would like to integrate my e-shop with Zoho. For sure it's possible using APIs from Zoho and from my e-shop and then have some server that will wait for new orders to arrive. I am wondering if there is any possibility to use Zoho Creator for that. It will communicate with my e-shop's API to get new orders, clients, etc. Is it possible to create this kind of app or is it only possibly via CRM API? Thanks, regards
Creating report with data from two forms
Can we make reports with two forms. 1. I have student Form, 2. Attendance form in which we enter day-wise hours attended and payable hours and 3. Payment Collection form in which we enter course wise and month wise payment details. We want to see in one report Student wise, course wise total hrs attended in a month and collection from every student in that month to see who have not paid corresponding to hrs. attended. Pls advise how this can be acheived.

Hello, I am needing to allow employees to upload a CSV file into a form/app. Once the form is submitted, I need the uploaded CSV file to be read and written to an existing log or sheet. I figured out how to get the CSV to write to ZOHO Sheets/Docs while using forms, but it saves each of the CSV files to a separate sheet, while I need one to be appended with each new submission. I have also tried to figure this out with using deluge scripts in Creator, but have had no luck. I don't have a preference

Some basics questions about zoho Creators
Hello to all, I am new here and i have a lot of questions but first at all i will start with some. I need to create an app (website) call it in any ways but i need to do something in particular. The app need to record same entry like name, surname ect, but i need that particular app (website) be used but 100 user (moderators) at the same time. Incomplete translation of the mobile app (Zoho Creator Portal)
Hello Everyone, i have the following problem. I have set the language to German. Now everything is translated as it should besides the system aprroval pages in the Zoho Creator Portal mobile app. This only occurs in the mobile app (iOS and android). The Web-App is translated fine. Also i haven't found an option to manually translate these as i can for my created forms,reports and pages. Thanks in advance! Jan

Hello Everyone We have some problem with publishing our app to another client. We want to create test app to communicate with out system and after that publish it in Zoho marketplace. Zoho Mobile Creator is for company users (and it works fine), not for customers, right? Hello, I created a customer portal with 2 user permissions, player and host. The player has a username and plays a game. The host will enter the username of the player and add a score. The host should be able to see all records of all players. I would like the player to be able to see only the data that the host entered that matches this player's username. Is that possible? Zoho Creator IOS 5.12 app broke our app
FYI. Any iPhone that we upgraded to Zoho Creator 5.12 over the last few days has stopped working with our app. We can see records in a report list as normal, but when we try to edit or create an new record - none of the fields are showing in the form. Is there a way to rollback to an earlier version? Googling that next.
Display Nested Subform values in Record Template
Hi, having a really hard time with this. In Parent form is a subform with most fields hidden, and a decision box. Clicking the decision box invokes OpenURL to display the full subform and allow the user to create/edit each row of the subform and interact with a nested subform within the subform. The issue I'm having, is displaying values from the nested subform in a record template. Any ideas for displaying subforms within subforms on a record template? Thanks! Levi

Is it possible to search the custom filter list or use a dropdown box to select an item from the list?
We are going to add at least 30-40 items into our custom filter list and it would be really very helpful to the end user to be able to search inside the list and also be able to select an item based on the partially entered search string results. As a second solution the user could also select their list from a dropdown list of the filter items. Are these type of custom filter options possible to perform on Creator?

Set default font size for rich text
Is there a way to set the default font size for the rich text field? I would like to set it to 14 instead of 10, but still allow people to change it if they choose. The real reason I want to change this is because the text is being used in a record template to save a PDF of the record. Dear friends, there's a message coming when editing a form "Invalid entries found. Please correct and submit again." This happens only when I change one field permission not to be visible (only one specific field), under user permissions-> more-> field permissions. Workflow Deluge Script not working in subforms
Hello, I've set up filters for my database for lookup fields so that users logged into the customer portal can only see records that are associated with them. I've also had to add some Deluge Script to allow for administrators logged in to be able to see all of the records. This function only returns one value to all records
Hi, I built this function to update a field in form with the text name of the lookup field in that same form. This works... except that for every record, it is updating the same lookup field name to all fields, instead of the correct lookup field for that record. So instead of getting the correct Single Workout Name for each record, I get the same one for ALL records. I am missing a part of the code that pulls from the same record and update that same record. I am not sure what I am missing.
File Downloader Tool for Mac
Hi everyone, I'm having trouble figuring out how to download files to desktop from 'file upload' or 'image' fields in forms. I assumed this would be an automatic option? Are there settings I must adjust first? I'm using a custom app in Creator. I found this page with a link to install a 'file downloader tool' but it is only compatible with Windows and I'm using a Mac, and can't seem to find a mac version anywhere... System wide app failure
Has anybody else's app stopped working? I've had an app running fine for the last year. Now all of a sudden I get errors popup all over the place since yesterday. Still waiting on Zoho creator support team to respond. From experience it is something on their end rather than code that decided to re-write itself overnight.
