Help regarding accessing Parent Account.
Hello I need some help. I want to fetch the parent account from the account module. In Potential module, I have created a custom link which redirect me to zoho creator. In zoho creator, I have created a function in which i had passed potential id from crm and based on it i am fetching account id and account information from this account id. In Account module, I have parent account field which is lookup of account module. A account can belongs to one parent account but a parent account can belongs
what is the difference between zohocreator.exe and zoho-migration.exe?
I would like to upload a csv file to my creator project every night. I'm pretty sure I need zohocreator.exe but I cannot find it. I did download zoho-migrator.exe. Is that a new version or something? Thanks!
creating a formula using the results of another formula
Hi - Newbie here again. This seems very basic: I'm trying to create a series of calculations. Many of them depend on the values returned from other formulas. How do I accomplish this? Those formulas don't appear as options in the Field list when creating my formula. thanks Charles.
Importing Images via data import
Hi Zoho Community I'm hoping this might be a simple answer...and I just haven't found it yet! I have an XL spreadsheet of about 3000 rows identifying indivudla items. Each item has a corresponing item has an image associated with it - stored separately as a file (so yes - 3000 individual image files). Data import is working through the normal method - however I have not had success in importing the images into the form. I would like to avoid to going to each record individually to upload the images
Can I log on as user when I am Admin?
Is there a way for me to log on as a 'User'? I am testing out some of the security and I can't figure out how to log on in 'User' mode. So far I have just used a second email address, but I am migrating to a paid version and I don't want to pay for a user just to test. Thanks.

What would be the best way to restrict day(s) or upcoming holidays? Ideally restricting days or holidays from a calendar date field from being selected. Any ideas?
Preventative Maintenance Visit Date Tracking
I have a database of conference room information. Main Form has all the information about the room and then there are two subforms that tie back to the main form. There is a subform for assets that belong in each room and then there is a subform for Preventative Maintenance visits to each room. We would like to track these and be able to make decisions based on certain date intervals. What I would like to have is a calculated field called "Date of last PM Visit" that would show on our Main Form

zoho.loginuser id in a pusblished page
Hi, I am trying to count every time a user access a zoho page but I am trying to filter out company users with an account in zoho. in other words I want to count only user with zoho.loginuser=Public. My problem is that everybody looks as public when accesing this published link... Is this how it is supposed to work? for instance here a link link at the bottom of tha page I display the zoho.loginuser, allways Public even if I am logged in to Zoho at this point. thanks Luis
Pagination top and bottom
Hi, I wonder if it is possible to have the pagination of a list from zoho view to show on the bottom, not only on the top. The reason is that if the user goes looking at the records from top to bottom, it is logical to have a "next" button right there, at the bottom, rather than having the user go up all the way only to click next. Missing system fields in form
I have a zoho creator form that appears to be missing all of the standard system field. Im not sure how to add them or why they are not there in the first place. This is a stateless form and im thinking maybe stateless forms do not have these fields normally. That said, i have another stateless form in my application that does have all of these fields. Send notification by screen pop up
I see that there's a notifications area in Zoho Creator. I'd like to be able to send a user a notification within zoho that links to a particular record programmically. However, I don't see any references in the deluge code to feeding into the notifications window or the chat window. Am I missing something? How can I do this?

Using a formula based on a formula field
We have a formula field called total annual savings which is the total of 3 other currency fields. We then have 4 other currency fields (Year2, Year3, Year4, and Year5 savings). We would like to use a formula field to multiply (total_annual_savings * a % escalator) to equal Year 2 savings but it is not possible to use a formula field in another formula...... Logging order status change

It appears that there can be Groups established that have no link to Users that have been assigned access to the application? - What is the purpose of Groups - How are they different from User Roles/Profiles? Next button click is inserting new record on click
I have five forms.On each form I am accepting data and on next button click.For all four forms i have only one table.I am passing the DocumentID as query string and on next button click i am inserting that data in table and opening new form. While opening new form i am passing that DocumentID as query string .But when i click next my record in inserting as new record.Its not inserting in exsting row.I want that all data of four forms should insert into only one row. Report-Pivot Chart and Customer Portal
Hi, I have a Report-Pivot Chart embedded in a Page (Page X). Using Customer Portal, each customer can log in and insert/view his own data. Each Customer should access to Page X and see the Report-Pivot Chart related to his own records. In the Report Settings If I set USE to "All records" I can see the graph but related to all records (all customers together); In the Report Settings If I set USE to "Only logged in user records " the graph goes in error (no records). Development vs. Production Environment
Does Zoho creator support a Development Environment in which modificationscan be made and tested before being released into the production environment? For example, if I am modifying the behavior of a form that is live and deployed to my users and I cause and error or undesired impact with a script change it would be nice to have that not be immediately live. I know this is common with most platforms and wonder if I am just missing it.
