How to view reports by date modified of a certain field?
Hi I have a field I entered which is called "status" under contacts in which sales reps should place updates. Now I want to issue report to show me all contacts in which "status" field was modified between certain dates. this is not last modified date or last activity date - as this is shown for the entire contact. I want only to a certain field. i couldn't do this under criteria as it doesn't show the option to before/after certain dates. tnx

Hiding Deal Stage on Kanban / Deal Module
The reality of deals is that a deal can be one or lost at any stage, these are two separate functions all together. Zoho decided instead to make WON / LOST part of a stage in the deal process. This was not a great idea, but none the less this is how the system functions. In reality a deal should be WON or LOST and in any particular stage of the sales process. Hello, I am trying to create a standard funnel to show my quote to sales order conversion ratio. Here are the parameters: This is what the parameter produce: However, when I go to my sales order module and do some filtering with the following parameters: Quote name is not empty and created time is this year, it is saying that 325 sales orders. I have 1 report of this and I have reproduced it in Chrome and MS Edge. No problem with each line, I can apply tax,& discount on each and the total amount is OK. CRM IMAP integratoin with Zoho Mail
Some users have lost the sync for email sent from a Zoho Mail group email address. The emails are not showing against the record in the CRM. The sync has been working for everyone until a couple of weeks ago. We have thousands of examples of it working in the past. Unfortunately support keep telling us it shouldn't have worked at all. Guys, I've working with the integration of CRM and Desk. In my workflow, the ideal situation would be that I can enable CRM-Desk sync but that I manually approve or release contacts from Desk to CRM. I'm importing tasks and calendar items regularly into Zoho, a lot of which will be related to just one project or campaign. I'd like to be able to mass update these activities to relate them to the appropriate project, but this does not seem to be an option. Is there another way to quickly do this?

Hello, What are the ways to have a Contact associated with a Deal fill out an online form so that the data appear in the said Deal? Say, I create a questionnaire for a client to fill out, she submits it, and the answers appear right in the related deal for me to review when preparing for that job. To Automatically Calculate Amount Field in Deals Module for Selected Products
In Deals I added a New Section Called "Products" in which through Multi-select lookup, Products can be added from Products Module i.e., Getting Products from Products Module to Deals Module.The image is shown below:Now, when I select Products in that field, the Amount Field in Deals Module should automatically calculate the Total Price of the Products. Basic VoIP/Telephony Integration with Zoho Small Business
We are a new startup looking to run regular business calling plans with a standard client base. There will be a need to record conversations and integrate the data with Zoho. We are obviously trying to keep costs low. What is the feedback on some of the applications for VoIP that plug in to Zoho and offer unlimited calling plans with solid feature base? We have considered Kixie and Toky so far but they both really add up to a high monthly cost when you factor in calling in North America unlimited.
