Formula issue with Now() and date comparison

Deluge function Time calculation and map with a field
Hi eveyrbody, I wloud like some date fields in my module "PRODUITS_en_parc" to be automatically calculated from other fields in the same module and depending on NOW (or TODAY) I can't do itt via formula and I read that moreover formula would not be automatically updated with Now() function (!!) So for deluge code I tried this but It does not work. Can someone help me? Should be something like this ?? Which arguments have to be mapped? Time between Changes of Field
Hi, So we have a CRM field that tracks the current activity owner, in the form of a drop down list. I have been asked if I can create a report that shows the time between the changes of the values in this list so we can see how much Dwell time there is with each owner. I see that the timeline keeps track of these changes, with date, time, etc, (See below), but how can I access these to make a report that shows the dwell time with these owner?

We used to use Ringcentral, which we liked, but at $50 a person, it became ridiculously expensive. We've switched to dialpad - price is much better, much more modern feeling software, but it lacks a lot of the calling recording features, and sometimes its a bit glitchy, which is really getting on my nerves. Does anyone have a service that they like, zoho crm integration would be a big plus obviously :) we have 2 -3 people in the office, and then several field techs, so need to be able to transfer
A message is displayed stating that you do not have permission to edit.
In each tab of Zoho CRM (Accounts, Deals, SalesOrders, Invoices, etc.), the message as shown below is displayed when you directly edit or save the item without clicking the "Edit" button in the upper right of the screen. However, there is a phenomenon that the edited contents can be saved. Please tell me how to deal with it.

Custom Function to link separate module fields based on lookups
Hi all, I've got two custom modules that both contain lookups: 1) "Customers" module, with a lookup field 'Unit' referencing "Units" Module 2) "Units" module, with a lookup field 'Current Occupant' that would change automatically based on the function. What i'm trying to accomplish is that whenever a 'Unit' is referenced in the lookup field in the "Customers" module, I want the relevant 'Unit' to then reference that "Customer" in the 'Current Occupant' lookup field. Importing data
I just want to make sure I have this right before I do it and mess everything up. I have all of my contacts in zoho crm already. I then set up Deals (or factfinds as I have renamed it) for each sale and I included the contacts in there but left everything else more or less blank and export the CSV file. I have now gone through the CSV and completed it. I want to now import that back in which I am fairly sure is just clicking on Import, choosing Zoho crm and then uploading the CSV file. I just
Bug Report: Reminder setting doesn't always open
When creating a new activity and specifying a reminder date, sometimes the date setting window (img 3) doesn't open, but the slider moves across. If you attempt to save at that point you get an error message (img 1). You then have to re-click the reminder slider (img 2) to get into the date settings. It would be a lot easier if the slider simply set the reminder date/time to the same as the activity automatically, with a hyperlink ('set') next to it to open the date settings window if you need to

Buttons for live-manipulation within edit mode
I'd like to create a button which is similar to the existing "copy address". I'd like to have a button that is pushing moving the value of field1 into field2 and put something new into field1. So far I just know the buttons at the top of the edit page, but those cause two issues: 1. It doesn't handle information that just has been entered (unstored) 2. changes through those buttons seem not to be visible until I reload the page. Is there any solution to this?

Feature Request: Flexible Best Time To Call Options
The 'Best Time To Call' option is too limited as it only allows you to set a single point in time, however, you will contact that person outside of pre-arranged calls, so the ability to add other options would be very helpful. For example one of my best contacts only works Wednesdays 10-4 and Fridays 8-5, those are the best (and only) times to contact her. New Deal made through custom button/deluge not triggering workflow rule
There is a workflow rule in our CRM that is supposed to send out an email notification to select people once a new deal is made matching a certain criteria. We have a custom button that creates a deal that has this criteria but when the deal is created using this button the workflow doesn't trigger and an email isn't sent. Does anyone know what is causing this issue/any possible fixes to it? Thanks
Emails on contacts pulling through to accounts
Hi I have sent multiple emails to two different contacts that are associated with the same account, however the emails sent are not pulling through to the account page under the "emails" section. I have refreshed countless times but nothing has changed. How do I ensure the emails sent to contacts associated to the account pull through to the accounts page? Thanks Ashleigh
Can the default date format be set to dd/mmmm/yyyy?
I would like for all of the date fields in all modules to have a date format as dd/MMMM/yyyy (01/January/2020). How could this be accomplished? I don't have a function fields available to use for the module so I would like to get it done somehow with Deluge and Workflow. Any help would be appreciated. Also keep in mind that in a few months from now Zoho is planning to update the system with these features to change the date format and still I would like to get it done sooner if possible. Hi, Our web developer has asked if I can set up API access into Zoho CRM, so he can run GET requests against the contacts.
