Solicitada L/P (date field) PLAZO CONTRATO (number field) L/P F. limite produccion (date field) I need a function, that update L/P F. limite produccion by calculating: F. Solicitada L/P - PLAZO CONTRATO Example: F. Solicitada L/P is December 31st PLAZO CONTRATO 30 days L/P F. limite produccion = December 31st - 30 days = December 1st Thank you
CRM Function to Find Territory Manager
I'm trying to write a function that identifies the territory manager and then updates the account record owner to that person. This will make for much easier automation on our end. We have some very complex assignment rules and this would solve a lot of our issues. I currently have 8 workflows with 10 conditions each that handles our new account assignment. If there were a way to just assign the record to the territory manager, I wouldn't need to maintain all of that. Any thoughts here? We're able
Report or Account View: Accounts without Open Activities or no activity in the past 90 days
I need to run a list of accounts assigned to me that do not have an open activity assigned to it. I also need to run a report of which accounts I have not completed an activity for in the past 90, 120, 180, etc days. Can someone help?
Deals are double counting revenue
Hi there, On the Deal page, I'm tracking the products being discussed in the main products section. Some products have revenue associated with them and some do not. I want to generate a pipeline report that shows the active deals, the products, and the revenue. When I generate the report, the deal is shown for each product, and the revenue tied to the deal is tied to each product as well. For example, Deal ABC has a revenue of $100. I am tracking two products in Deal ABC, Product Y and Product Z.

Changing owner of web form
Hi, I need to change the person who is notified when someone fills in a web form. I have changed the owner of the webform on Zoho, do I have to update the coding on the web page as well though? If I do have to change the coding, can someone point me in the direction of which specific bit would need to be updated? I don't want to replace all the coding because we've edited it quite a lot in terms of sizing and fonts, so to change the whole code would take a very long time. Thank you for your help!
Collapsible Layout Sections / Multiple Layouts based on Criteria
It may be helpful to the accessibility of the bottom elements such as Notes/Emails/etc. if the layout sections were collapsible individually and as a whole. An option to lock/exclude sections from a full collapse could be helpful. Multiple layouts based on criteria may also be equally as helpful. Our web2lead information utilizes additional fields and sections in our current implementation. Why is my workflow/function only running when I create a new Potentials record through the module and not when I create a new Potential through a Contact?
So I have a script and workflow written that will grab two field's info from the Contact module and put it into the two new field's in the Potentials module whenever a new Potential is created/edited. When I create a Potential on the module itself the workflow works. However, if I were to go to a contact record, scroll down to a Potentials related list to create the Potential, it won't run the workflow/script. Is there a way to get it to do this?

Worflow condition based on Territory
We are wanting to setup a Workflow rule or a field update action based on Territory for an account (e.g. if Account Territory is X, set custom field to Y). I noticed that the territory field is not an option when defining rules. Any ideas on how to do this?
Can't Email Zoho Finance Estimate from CRM
I have Zoho One, and have integrated Zoho Books with the CRM. Everything works fine for me (I am the Super Administrator). Security for all modules is set to Read/Write/Delete, and Zoho Finance is turned on in the security settings. I have other users with Manager > Standard access. When they create an Estimate through the CRM link and then try to email it, they get the error message "You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation. Contact your administrator." Zoho Finance Permissions Missing from Security Profiles
We have Zoho Finance Enabled to integrate with Zoho Books. It all is working as expected. I need to edit security profiles to limit who can see Finance from the related lists for accounts and Contacts. I do not see finance listed in any of the security profiles as per the setup instructions. Does anyone have an explanation?

Workflow starting with no apparent trigger

Viewing Layout
I am the Administrator and the User I have created 3 new Layouts for Leads. When I create a Lead it asks me which Layout do I want to use for the Lead. No problem that works fine. I have also created a few test Blueprints that seem to working fine. My problem is I can not select the different views when I open up a Lead.
