I have a database of about 500 customers. Last week we noticed that some of the addresses had been merged into one field. It had been previously in 4 different fields. All had been converted to contacts with the proper fields. Can anyone help?

CRM has an extremely poor contact management system. Why cant Zoho get this one basic feature right? I have a module called Pay Periods, and each Pay Period links to multiple Timesheets. Within each Timesheet, there are the following fields that I would like to aggregate in the associated Pay Period record. They are "Approved Hours", "Pay", "Bonus" and "Reward". I have several workflows that trigger on Create or Edit that execute custom functions. On the Zoho One subscription you're allowed 5,200 function calls per day. I have Campaigns setup to send subscriber updates back into CRM. Can someone tell me what the best way to create a parent account is? I have a company that has many stores/branches and I have to sell into each store individually at the moment. I assume I should create the parent account first then I can input the individual stores (some as prospects/leads, others as pitched and waiting for orders,...). Jive Integration
I have telephony integration with Jive. The system worked very well together. However all of a sudden there started being a delay from when a call would come in to when it would actually show up on Zoho so I could log it. I havent found an exact amount of time. It varies. Editing a Layout can be quite difficult i te CRM, in this case, trying to delete is quite impossible as the (transparent) scroller is just above the bin (as seen on the screenshot). I guess the UI should be updated

CRM 2.0 and 1.0 API access
We are currently in the process of upgrading to Zoho CRM 2.0 API and the code has passed development and is onto our staging area. Our staging and production use the same CRM account so my question is this. If I generate new v2 API credentials will that nullify the v1 API credentials or can you have both of them active at the same time? We are worried that if I activate the v2 credentials that it'll stop production from working. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance.

How do I log an incoming call now? Call log has changed.
The way the call recording module works seems to have changed. I used to be able to click +Call (new call) and get a full page where I could select all the options and start recording information from a call in whatever order made the most sense at the time. Now, I click the same thing, and have to record the subject then "start call" which seems to try to make a call for me? I think that's what it's doing. I do not have any such functionality. With Sharing Enabled among peers - How to hide specific Leads?
We have Leads/Contacts/Accounts Sharing enabled among peer group of users. So sales people can see what's everybody is doing. With sharing enabled - Is there a way to hide Individual Records (e.g. individual Leads, specific Contacts, specific Accounts or Tasks)? To reiterate - we want data sharing enabled by default, but with ability to mark specific records as private - so they are not visible to others. Is that possible? Any insight is much appreciated!
