Can i downgrade from Enterprise Trial to Free Edition of Zoho CRM
Hi all, Currently in the process of evaluating several CRMs, have shortlisted to two, Zoho CRM and another package. Have signed up for trials in both. Currently trialing the Zoho Enterprise CRM edition. I just wish to check, at the end of my 14 day trial, can i downgrade to the Zoho Free 10 user edition? wanted to know before I spend the time importing data and going any further on the Zoho CRM Enterprise Trial. thanks in advance to all for your help! CEO default role when join CRM
Hi folks, Just paid and signup and login to ZOHO CRM. Everythin looks great. However, my name account is the "Super Admin" which is can be expected as I am the charge for the Application but by default I am the Role of CEO... I cannot change the role of CEO as it is a System defined field? Why did they choose CEO not something like ZOHO Admin or somthing like that? I have to create all the users of the Sales team and included the REAL CEO and show a demo to tomorrow with the basics. My boss the CEO
API V2 filter module by id > X
Hi guys, I'm working on switching from API V1 to V2 and I can't figure out how to filter by id greater than Y and some field greater than X. More than 10 contacts visible in Accounts ?
I have Zoho Enterprise If I am in Accounts, say a company with 25 contacts, I see only 5 on the screen, can I go to "a next Page" or increase the number upto the number of linked contacts. Thanks William

Enterprise API limits
Hello! I am using API v2.0 and have bought enterprise pricing with 500k credits/month according to the documentation. But yesterday my requests were banned. And today, I still have TOO_MANY_REQUESTS response. API credits usage page says that 36000\23000 credits were used. But why limit is 23k instead of 500k? More than 12h were passed, and I still have this ban, when will it end?

I can't add Captcha on my CRM web form
I am using the trial version of Zoho CRM, Standard edition. I can see, but cannot add the Captcha field into my Web Form. Both File Upload and Captcha cannot be "grabbed" to bring into the form. I cannot find anywhere in your documentation as to which edition/version I would need to be able to use this field. I used in my old (local installed) SuiteCRM/SugarCRM fork the field Googlesearch: http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q={name}where "name" stands for the Account Name field. ....THAT WAS WORKING FINE.!!! CRM for 2 different companies in the app?

Outlook interface constantly logging
I have installed the Outlook plugin on my PC, however it either fails to login (no error message that password is incorrect or something, just blank screen where the plug in is) or after it logs in it logs back out after a few minutes. Very frustrating, i have tried this on 2 pcs, one running windows 7, the other windows 10 and the problem is the same for both please advise kind regards Michael

Imported Contacts of Deleted Users
When I have to remove someone from our organization, I do not want to lose any of their information, including contacts imported and correspondence sent via GMail. However, I would like to be able to delete their GMail account when I remove them. If I delete their GMail account while there is an existing integration with ZOHO, will I lose access from within ZOHO to all previous correspondence and imported contacts? Also, is there a process to remove a user from ZOHO while retaining all their information
Web form to Leads - approval mode not working with API 2.0
New lead entries on our web form are entered in the CRM Leads module via WordPress plugins. With the prior API, there was an option to have leads held for approval. With the new API, this is no longer an option and entries go directly to the Leads module. This is a problem, as all entries need to be reviewed and approved. Help!

I already complained that this endpoint is poorly documented, maybe the reason is that it does not exist anymore. However, it is being invoked by the Java SDK. Is the Java SDK outdated too? Good Evening, I am using for now the free edition of Zoho CRM. I would like to connect my leads with a specific Mailchimp list 'My Zoho Clients'. Using the Mailchimp extension from marketplace I saw that it creates a new list in Mailchimp 'Zoho CRMleads' and then it syncs the leads to this list. This is not exactly what I want. I think that this extension is not possible to send the leads from the Zoho CRM to a specific Mailchimp list. Do you know a free sync tool which can do the above?

We are trying to implement API v2 in our code, using this we are trying to update client's data.Here we are facing issue like in JSON Object i passes all the name of the Fields wrong then also it is displaying Successfully updated the records. The API should validate name of the fields of each module. There should be some way to identify that the field's name which we passed in JSON are not Correct. Please give your suggestion on this.

Mass Schedule Call
I'd like to create a call list for a user. Either by mass selecting the records or through a filtered search. Essentially I would like to be able to mass choose the contacts, schedule a call and assign those calls to a specific team member. Basically to run a phone bank. So once the user was done with the call for Contact A and entering the info, they would go back to the list and Contact A would be gone because the call is complete and they would move on to Contact B.
Renaming mail address from 'systemgenerated@zoho.eu
All, On a weekly base an email is sent to several employees in the company. This mail contains a report with valuable information regarding leads. When receiving the mail, the from mail address is systemgenerated@zoho.eu. Some of the employees do not recognize this mail address and delete the mail.
