Hello! I have a real estate brokerage and we find the property for our contacts/clients (I.e. Buyers brokers). This means our leads are received and entered with very little information—phone, email and name typically. Lead comes in, qualify, convert to a contact and simultaneously create a deal. Then, we take them through the sales process and hopefully find them an apartment. If we do, we record the deal information (e.g. address, monthly rent, commission etc.) for that particular deal. Change title of Probability OR create alternative Field
Hi. We are a Real Estate company. We would like to alter the Probability field to use for a different purpose OR to create another field called "Commission %" for that purpose. The function of Probability does give you the calculation for an "Expected Revenue". However, this doesn't make sense to us unless it was either titled "Commission %" or we can create a field with this name for the same purposes. Is this possible? How can I make this?

How to remove duplicate accounts?
How to remove duplicate accounts? Scenario - I am encountering problems with the accounts module. I have got the list of accounts lets to say 100 in accounts module I'm able to see the count as 100 but while creating the report it shows the count as 115. After extracting the report it shows 15 as duplicates. Can anybody help me out with removing these duplicates and why does this problem occur? Regards, Sajjad

Hi community. I've recently created a dashboard - aimed at senior leadership. As such, I made the visibility just to the leadership team, adding them individually, user by user (not by roles). I have then got complaints from the sales team - clearly, EVERYONE had visibility. After doing a spot-check, I found out that every credential had visibility to the limited visibility dashboard. Changing Date Field
I have dates entered in my Deals module but when I add them to a Template I would like the date to read : Month day, year. (September 7, 2018) not 9/7/18. Is there a way to format that? Thanks

Hello, Has anyone had success creating a webform tab on your businesses facebook page with a zoho webform? Facebook asks for a "Canvas URL" and a "Secure Canvas URL" when creating an app. When I am in zoho, the three options available for Facebook are: 1: Embed 2: Source 3: iFrame None of these are supported in Facebook because they don't end with / or have a question mark in them. In his role, I enabled CRM API> Zoho CRM API Access When I log in to my employee account, in Settings> Developer Space> API, I do not have the top 3 menus: CRM / ZSC Key / PhoneBridge API So I can not access the ZSC Key from my account to create a sync account in Zoho Camapign. How can I get backup verification codes?
I set up Google Authenticator as my MFA for Zoho CRM. I use it for other apps so don't need OneAuth. When setting it up, I forgot to save a backup of the verification codes. How can I do that? I am able to login as Google Authenticator works. But just in case I lose my phone, I need the backup codes. The documentation says: But I don't see that tab? deluge method "zoho.crm.updateRecord()" not found
so, i've been following the deluge dev docs pretty closely for my own sake while writing custom functions in zoho crm. however, i've come across a conflicting dev doc that has be stumped. the dev docs (web page) clearly calls out the new v2 of "update record" method as zoho.crm.updateRecord() but when i implement that in my custom functions, i continually get an error from deluge saying that updateRecord() is not a valid method. what's going on here? are the dev docs out of date or is my instance

Updating a Field in Contacts - multiple records
Hi I need to update the data in the Description Field across multiple Contacts (over 100) in Zoho CRM How do I do this as a mass update? (there are too many to do individually) I have tried exporting the contacts to Excel, updating, then importing back into Zoho CRM - but Zoho CRM will only let me add them as new Contacts - it won't let me tick the "Update Existing Contacts" option Could you please advise on how to do this? Emails from CRM going to Outlook prompt annoying message to recipient
Hi, I would like to send emails from Zoho CRM, but when the sent message is opened in Microsoft Outlook, this message appears, probably because of the tiny invisible image that has to be downloaded for the email tracking feature in CRM. Is there a way to keep the email tracking in CRM, but prevent this annoying message from appearing? Almost all my customers use Outlook, so I don't want this message to make me appear like a spammer.
