Downgrade trial version to ENTERPRISE
I don't see an option to do this. We are evaluating the trial for a purchase this week, and the Enterprise edition is what I need to look at.

This is more of a question on how to optimise the features within Zoho. The off-the-shelf product envisages 'leads' as an unqualified individual who upon qualification can then become an account with the prospect of 'deals' (or sales) being made thereafter. For us the trajectory doesn't quite fall that way (we are a contract cleaning company). A lead is a qualified individual / company; we then send quotations via PandaDoc. I'm using Skyvia to synchronise our database to ZohoCRM but I can't see a field to update URL of the photo. I don't need to upload it to Zoho because we have all the photos in our Platform, so how can I do that?

Can I delay assignment of leads that come in through web-forms, if they are being held in To Approve because they are a duplicate?
We have leads coming in through web forms and that form has an auto-assignment rule applied to it, whereby leads are assigned in a round-robin scenario. We do not want to have to approve leads before they go to reps because this delays lead response and be costly. Import Zoho Subscription Sales orders with CRM
Is it possible to create a Sales order record in Zoho CRM from a Sales record in Subscription? I import all Website sales in CRM and was expecting sales processed in house in Subscriptions to be pulled into CRM in the same format. However, a sale processed in Subscriptions only feeds into CRM Zoho Finance Module. I understand that Subscriptions will turn a sales order into an invoice but how can i import even the invoice into CRM as a record? All i get is a link to a pdf to view the invoice. Thanks
Mass update using Zoho CRM API
Dear colleagues! To work with Zoho CRM products we need to update daily about 38 000 elements of Contacts module and 10 000 elements of Potentials module. But updateRecords method allows to update data in only one element per call and restriction of no more than 1 500 calls to API per day doesn't allow us to make necessary quantity of updates. Please, inform whether there are ani methods in API for mass update of elements? Is it possible to solve our problem in any other way?
Workflow Rule not triggered when multiple records inserted
I hope I'm just doing something wrong here :D When using an import feature on Skyvia I'm creating/updating some contacts, everything works well but I also have a workflow that changes the layout of the record since the layout field is not accessible via API (?) I noticed the pattern where if I move one record the workflow is executed correctly but if more than one it doesn't work. Please tell me the workflows don't only work on creating/editing ONE record?

We use the Zoho OAuth API's response to authenticate users in our app (RoloCRM). Our approach works for most of the accounts but is failing for a few users. How to send/schedule recurring, individulaized email to contacts in CRM?
Is there a way to create a separate email for a contact and schedule a recurring send? I would liken this to creating a reminder within the Activities module with the exception of sending it to the contact verses myself or a user. I'm aware that emails can be scheduled this way in Zoho Mail but what's the point if the same functionality is not in the CRM? Please advise, Steve

set text field to null or empty

Highlight results on the search page
Hi, When I do a search using the global search text box, I can't exactly see where the results are on each page: I can only see on which page I can find them. So I have to go inside all pages to see where the results are. Besides, the Ctrl/Command F function doesn't work inside the pages. Mass update - only 100 records?
I have around 23 000 Contacts and I need to do Mass Update on them after selecting the criteria. Because of the pagination the checkbox next to the header selects only 100 records, as I'm assuming? Shouldn't this checkbox be selecting all records that match the criteria? What if I have 10 000 records I want to change, I need to do 100 repetitions of my task, not really "mass" isn't it?
Does sync with Google Tasks still exist?
This Zoho help document says: Go to Setup > Marketplace > Google > Google Apps > Tasks. Select the Google Task from the drop-down list. We are on the enterprise edition of CRM and no such option exists when I go into setup. Thanks You

Hello all, I am trying to create a work order module on zoho crm. My company does services and I want to be able to create a work order for the technicians, with an specific price (what I pay them), and once it is complete I will be able to turn it into a invoice from them to me in a way that is integrated with zoho books. Is it just me or is the New Forum Search Feature Useless!! Oldest posts showed first
Anytime I search for anything in Zoho CRM forums it shows the oldest posts first which are more often not very relevant. Search for "Custom Function #17: Auto-update tasks" (which is part of a title of a zoho post) and it does not even show! Search for "CRM Tips" within Zoho CRM forum and the first post shown is from 9 years ago. All the rest are at least 1-2 years old. Search "Lead Webform" and the first two posts are 6 years old followed by two that are 5 years old Same for the rest of the forums

I have inherited a form in the Accounts (we call it Companies) module. There are 24 choices in a custom Pick List for "Company Type". We would like to consolidate those down to 8. Will Zoho Creator be my only option? I'm an old-school programmer (COBOL, FORTRAN) and have been in software sales for over 10 years.
