Hi, we are trying to create a report with the customers that accepted our consent form, the chat support told me it isn´t possible to do this so what i did was create a field and create a workflow rule that is executed when Data Processing Basis is updated with the condition that the consent is granted, with this condition i update the field i created and this way i can create a report, the problem is that when the customer accepts our policy from the consent form it doesn´t work but if i do it manually

Zoho Phonebridge with Digium Switchvox On-Premise
I would like to get Zoho Phonebridge integrated into our Digium Switchvox phone system. We have the on-premise system so we are eligible to use the "Switchvox Extend API" http://developers.digium.com/switchvox/ I see the Phonebridge is setup to work with Asterisk which is the platform that Switchvox is built on. Importing Accounts Help Needed
I am trying to import our data so we can go live with CRM. When importing accounts all fields import properly except for phone and zip code where for some reason zoho inserts an = sign and quotes around the field (does not exist in the CSV file I am using to import). See screenshot below. Any idea why this is happening? We are in the US and I have tried importing using UTF-8 and western european.. Thank You

Best Way to Track Relationships Between Accounts?
Let's say I have an account Smith Family. And that I will also have various companies that work for them entered as accounts: - Pool Cleaner - Landscaper Etc. What is the best way to relate those accounts to Smith Family, preferably with a field that explains the relationship. Some CRM programs allow you to create non-exclusive groups and add accounts to them. For example: - Group 1 (could be accounts you consider VIP, whatever) - Group 2 (accounts you send holiday cards to) So in this example some accounts might belong to neither, some to one, and some to both. Email delays
Is it typical for emails sent from Zoho CRM to experience 30 minute delays in sending when integrated with Gmail? That's what I'm experiencing. If there's no solution, I don't think I'll be staying with this platform for very long.

Visible Field Descriptions in New Version?
I would like to have a field description visible at all times for users, but I don't want long field names. For example: I would like Zoho Users to see: Number of PCs (Corp Location) The field name would be: Number of PCs This would not be part of the field name: (Corp Location) Have a field named 'Number of PCs (Corp Location)' is much too long and I've noticed that long field names cause problems when using Zoho CRM Reports. Microsoft Update to Edge Browser

Allow to filter Autid Log by time
Every day we are generating around 50mb in Audit Logs. In order to locate something we have the time so we need to search date and time. Actually we need to export generating around 5 x 11mb files. The worst thing is that this data is disorganized by date, so you need to organize first and then search. Zoho Crm campaign and shipping address
In a campaign I send a free sample of a product to some contacts and I need to store the shipping address for future reference. If I create a campaign and associate some contacts everything goes fine, but the association is dynamic. If I change a contact address when I click on the contact in the campaign I see the new address and not the old one. What shall I do to keep track of the shipping address at the time the campaign was created? I've been told the address remains, but I'm missing something
Web tab stuck
Hi, I was trying to display a widget in a web tab (on my test account), so I created my widget, that locally works fine, loaded and associated it with a web tab. Unfortunately it did not work so I removed the tab BUT something went wrong, the tab has gone from the list, but is still present in the menu! There is no way to remove it and you cannot remove the widget either because it is associated with the tab. Any idea? Thanks
Blueprint escalations
So I have multiple blueprints and I am trying to figure out the escalations. I cannot figure out for the life of me where these escalations go. I have set them to send the escalation to myself and even set the timer for as low as 15 minutes, but I never get an alert. Is there something I am missing here?

Since we started using Zoho, we have not built in much functionality, and have only used the CRM/ Leads module. From the beginning, random leads have disappeared. Just dropped out and went missing. At first, we thought we had made a mistake. Now, some of our longer term, high-profile leads have disappeared, and no one on the phone seems to be able to do anything but tell us "this can't happen".
