How can i integrate my API with ZOHO? Help.
What we want to achieve is that when a user from the ZoHo CRM interface opens a new Company Record and starts typing in the company name field for example... "Mobile" The all companies will be visible in a menu that starts with the word "Mobile" (Retrieved from an external API). The user can then select the right company and the automatically all data should be pulled up from that database and filled into the right field in the ZoHo CRM record. Hi There, as you see in the attachment i created a workflow. Now once this workflow runs my clients get a email everytime a task is closed. What i need is : If all these tasks are closed, then send a email that we received all of his documents. I geus its somewhere in the Criteria Pattern but i cant seem to find it.
Emails showing as Plain Text on Recipient IOS Devices
I have set up workflows to trigger automated emails for my leads. The email contains an image banner at the top and the social media icons in my email signature are hyperlinked. On desktop and on Android mobile devices the email does not have any issues displaying. On IOS devices the emails are coming over as plain text causing the images to be links. Does anyone have a solution for this or is it an IOS issue that does not have a workaround?
Workflow triggering emails on visit
I'm working on setting up automated emails (workflow) sent to clients when they visit a certain page. The challenge is how only to send 1 email even if they have multiple visit records. I'd like to limit the amount of automated emails to 1 per day per contact, no matter how many visits. Any ideas?

Emails in CRM sorted randomly
We noticed that we have emails that are sorted weird. (See attached) Seems that emails in 2018 do not show a year in the list view. Plus you see that there are emails from 2018 listed befoer emails from 2011. Can anyone explain how this is happening?
How to know if a field(First Name, Last Name, Email, etc...) a pre-defined value already exists?
Hi, I use the API Methods (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/api-methods.html) to do integration with some client site and I need to know exists some field with the pre-defined value in the Contacts. I use the getRecords Method and check the returned list, check field by field and this is so much heavy for my aplication. So now I trying to use the getSearchRecordsByPDC Method to search the values in the "Nº CPF" fields in Contacts, but I'm not getting What is the solution to this case?

Case Enhancements in CRM
Suggesting following Enhancements to Case functionality in CRM (1) Create Case from Email (Email to Case) (2) Create Case from Incoming Call (3) Create Case from Sales Inbox (4) Create Case from Outlook Note - Using Desk is always not feasible along with CRM. The integration between desk and CRM is very basic and not all modules are available. Hence above enhancements are badly needed.

Can update from a custom script trigger another rule on another module?
I created a custom script that is triggered on Potential update. The script updates the status of the Account of the Potential. There is another rule on the Account status field update. However, this seems not to be activated when the status is updated by the above mentioned script. If I update Account status directly, this latter rule runs properly. Is this scenario - trigger an Account rule by a field update done by a script on Potentials - feasible? Or is there any limitation in chaining scripted
Issue copying notes from Lead to Contact/Deal
Hello, I'm currently writing a script that copies fields from the Lead module (incl. Notes, Tasks and Events), creates a Contact and Potential and copies all the fields across. The function for creating the Contact/Deal and copying the fields is working fine, however I'm coming up with an issue when trying to copy the Notes, Tasks and Events across. Populating Email from Related Module
We are trying to populate the email and secondary email fields in a custom module (Title Orders) from emails found in a related module (Agents). We can pull the Agent names over using a Lookup Field but the email history needs to be tied to the Title Order module. Is there a way to build a custom function perhaps to automatically populate the Email fields once we associate the records?
How to autopopulate Clients information in other modules?
For example, if I do a lookup field, am I able to have it autopopulate their number and email. Is there a training video pertaining to this?
webform replyto field
I have a webform -> lead form on my website. When someone submits the form it sends me an email with the info using a template. The email comes from notifications@zohocrm.com and not from the person's email address collected in the form. I'd like to reply to the email directly. This can be done if the email template includes a replyto field with their email address. How do I populate the replyto field? thanks Everend

I have quite a few accounts in my CRM that got created incorrectly. But they have valid contacts and deals associated to them. When I delete the Account it's deleting the Contacts and Deals too. What is the most efficient way to remove these Accounts without it affecting anything else?
Zoho Sign documents into CRM
I have a mail merge that is a contract - I open the contact, create the contract via mailmarge, and then send the contract for signature via ZOHO Sign - all fairly easy. However once this has been signed it does not go into CRM as an attachment - why is this? Can this be done?

I am inside ZOHO CRM (Setup>Organization Settings) and when I make a change to update this information, I get the message: Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator. I am the Administator/CEO inside ZOHO. The only thing I have done so far is to delete the "Accounts" module because I am B2C, not just B2B.
When I "Quick Create" a Deal from Quote view, how do I associate it with Account AND Contact?
When I am creating a new deal from a quote, I use "Quick Create" to make a "New Deal". It requires that I assign an Account Name to the Deal. We need to assign an Account AND a Contact to each quote. So after I create the Deal, I then click out of the quote, find the deal, edit the deal, and then assign a Contact. Is there an easier way to do this? Can we add "Contact Name" to the "Quick Create: Deal" from within the quote?

Mass delete
I need to mass delete all my accounts (and related contacts) from an old import some 9 months ago. I see 5x100 possibility, but that takes a long time to do 60.000. Is there a quicker solution ? When I have an empty database I will re-import my accounts/contacts with many many new fresh name.. William.

I previously created by own CRM "company" as a free account, but managed meanwhile to delete myself out of it. Search by tag with contains
Integration of the campaign module allow me to tag open and clicked emails. I want to add those to a search. There is no contains option and I have to select each individual instance of the "tag". It unfortunately also operates as a "AND".
App timing problems

Gmail IMAP integration
I'm new to Zoho CRM and learning. I'm on the free CRM version. I'm trying to configure the IMAP function to integrate my gmail account. I'm following the procedures in the knowledge base, but I can't get to the Email Settings page. The Chanels/Email window only has "Organization Email Addresses" menu. Quotes in CRM are misaligned
Hi Zoho, I've recently been having an issue when I go to print quotes for my business in CRM. The page margins seem to be "squeezing" my text, rather than keeping it in alignment. This is occurring in Portrait layout, and is not an issue for Landscape, but it does occur using all margin types. This does not appear to be an issue with my printer, as I do not experience this when printing any other type of document (.docx, pdf, html, etc). I'm at a loss, so any help would be appreciated.
