Refresh browser in Leads page
I have configured a mailbox correctly and generated a rule in my workflow to automatically generate a lead. Unfortunately to verify the new leads generated, the only way is to refresh the browser (F5), not so with the SalesInbox that works automatically. There are any sollution for the leads to appear automatically?
[Zoho crm. Custom function]
My custom function uses postUrl() function for integration with another service. Whenever retrieved responseStatus of the call is 500 ( ( response.get("responseStatus") == 500 ) ) the custom function execution should be marked as failure - so later I can track 'failed' calls. Is there any way to explicitly throw errors/exceptions in custom functions? Or any other suggested solutions, please? Thanks. Anton

Workflow rule not executing on imported records
I imported a list of Accounts and found out that workflow rules do not run on imported records. I need this workflow to run in order to assign these accounts to the territory rules that are defined. Does anyone know of a way to force a workflow rule to run or a workaround to this problem?

Hi, Is it possible to define working hours and holidays in CRM. Basis, the defined holidays, reports should only run on working days.For eg, I have reports scheduled for all days of the week currently and I do not want the scheduler to run report on Sunday which is weekly off. Copying a value from one module to another automatically
Scenario: Invoice module has an "Implementation Engineer" value with a list of names. When one is selected, a number of tasks and emails go out. What I'd like is to also take that value and apply it into the Account module associated with the invoice, which will then fire off a number of actions I have configured there. I'm pretty sure I can do this with a custom function, but no idea where to begin.
Getting Notes from CRM

CRM Migration
I have a customer that I am migrating from ACT to ZOHO CRM and the Data Migration Wizard is unreliable. I have a large query of notes that I am dividing into files smaller than 5 K CSV files and some of the data imports and some does not. The Import History reports Failed or Skipped records. The notes are for existing Contacts that have been Migrated by the same Wizard and i can find no reason for the failure.

Allow change Text field size without replacing the field.
We have a 2000 text field. Lately we noticed we need more room so we need to change to 32000. It looks we need to create a new field and migrate the information to get it done. Outlook plugin for macOS - cannot login
I just downloaded the Outlook plugin for macOS and installed it as described. When I try to login to my CRM-Account I always get the message "Connection failure - Please check your internet settings", but I am definitely connected to the internet. Good morning everyone! A peculiar issue with importing and syncing leads. I used the desktop version to import few hundred leads to Zoho and import, this worked well. After performing Desktop sync I used these leads on my Zoho App. But now all these new leada have disappeared from desktop, in iPad they are still available.
