Improve webhooks parameters in the User Defined Format
Hi there! I have idea to improve webhooks parameters in UDF. Add entity with all properties in custom format, like: ${Module::format}. Example: ${Leads::json} Result: {"Lead Id":"1234","First Name":"Jack",...and all other params in Leads entity} This template is more better and simple for clients. Because you do not have to manually write a list of all available fields in UDF. And if these fields are still added / deleted - this must also be observed to.

Stuck on first contact page!
I just started an Enterprise Trial CRM and I run into a problem: I am stuck on the first page in the contact list (contact 1 through 50). If I click on the arrow (right bottom of page) to go to the next page (contact 51 to 100) nothing happens:
Doing imports from xls file and Account owners field not mapping.
I am importing from accounts from an XLS file . Accounts are imported however the mapping for the different Account owners are not occuring. All accounts are being assigned to one owner. All the owners/users are already in the CRM and are all active.

How to create custom function?
Hi, This is probably a basic question :) I would like to create Custom Functions in Zoho CRM. I tried to follow this tutorial: https://www.zoho.eu/crm/help/automation/custom-functions-programming.html, but I guess this is outdated. In my Automation menu (in Settings of Zoho CRM), I only have "Workflow Rules", "Actions" and "Scoring Rules". And I cannot find the Custom Function option anywhere. I even upgraded from Basic to the Professional edition to see if I could get these options but without any

Can't find the option to use RingCentral from my ZOHO portal
We are deploying RingCentral for telephony; however, we can't find the option to use RingCentral from my ZOHO portal. In fact, all the telephony options are missing. I often find that I want my Leads view to be exported. Currently I need to create a whole new report if I want to do this. Can we export a Leads view or have the ability to make a Leads view into a Report so that I don't have to re-create it? It would save me time.

Why is it when I change some information in a Zoho event on the activities calendar, none of the attendees gets an update? I am constantly forced to delete the event, then create it again, and ask all the attendees to remove it from their calendars manually.

How does CRM handle products with 2 or more models?
Hello guys, this may be very basic, but how should I handle products with more than 1 model? For example, I sell desks. It's the same desk design, but one is 200cm long and the second one is 170cm long. Obviously, their prices aren't the same, so I need to specify in the quote to my client the lenght and therefore the change in price. I don't want to create two separate products, since it is the same design. It's the same product with model A and model B. Thanks a lot for the help. Rod.
email issue in ZOHO leads
We have setup a ZOHO CRM system for 2 users with outlook 365 integration thought the plugin. All works fine only i have one question. On the page of a lead you have the email section. Here you have following option : 1)sent Emails from CRM 2)All 3)IMAP SHARED USERS. ( and both users are shown ) How come i cannot see ALL email ( sent from within ZOHO + sent from OUTLOOK ) when i select ALL ? Thanks in advance Andrew

Time Zone Issue
Hi, I did read through the forums to find an answer with no results. I Have my personal and organization times zones set at the same time but still am two hours of between my phone app and being on the site directly. My Google Calendar is set for Central time as well. How do I adjust things so the time zones match? Do I just have to set my personal settings 2 hours behind so It coincides with my phone app?

RTF for notes and using links
Is it possible to use RTF in notes for leads or contacts, or in task descriptions/notes? I like to use bullet points to summarize my notes and doesn't seem like I can do so in Zoho (although ironically this forum has plenty of formatting options!). Also, is it possible to insert links in notes or descriptions? I often take my notes in Evernote and would like to link to them. In fact, is there any Evernote integration available in Zoho? Thanks! Reminder option in Open Activities -> New Task (Leads)
Hi all, does anyone know what happened to the option of setting a reminder for new tasks in open activities (ZOHO CRM leads)? Just yesterday I was able to do so - for example set a reminder about a call i had scheduled as a new task, with the ability to choose the date and time of the reminder - and today the option is gone. Large Sapce between Web Form and Header on Wordpress
I created a web form in CRM plus and added to my Wordpress site in text view (I saw that someone prior had a similar issue and the response was to be sure that it was in text view). Workflow Not Tiggering
I have workflow with a custom function that at the end updates a status field in our cases module. There is then a workflow setup that is supposed to trigger when the status field is updated. When I test the code from "save and execute script", it works perfectly the update triggers the workflow and there are no issues. Problems getting email to work (send mail)
I just started working on Zoho today. have gotten my google mail integration working but whenever I try to send an email from the CRM, it doesn't work. I'm trying to utilize the email templates. It originally said that i need to disable adblock...which I believe i did. Still nothing. I think i accidentally disabled the alarm saying to disable adblock as well.
Email tracking
I would like to store email communications with the corresponding contact. I see that i can do that if I am sending an email from the system. Is there a way to store emails not sent? In other systems, I have seen that there is an email address that I can bcc that will go to the system and be connected with the corresponding contact. Is that possible in Zoho? Or is there another way to collect emails that are not sent directly from ZOHO? Thanks!

Hi there We are using the Professional Edition with CRM with Mail Addon to synch with Google Mails. We have additional 15 GB, but for one user it exceeds and his e-mails are not synched anymore.
