Rejected Emails not being seen by Sender
Emails sent from within ZOHO CRM are not being sent to the originating sender. We have tested this and find that if you send an email that is to an address that is misspelled or not existing, then there is no notification to the sender. The sender assumes all emails in the CRM are valid when they are not. It is imperative we know when an email bounces back in order to maintain a clean database. Can anyone advise if there is a configuration on the user side that we may be missing, or is this a shortcoming

Google Adwords integration GCLID not being updated
Hi, I have integrated a 3rd party web form with the instructions on this page https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/google-adwords/configure.html The GCLID is being added correctly to the Lead when I am using insertRecords API call. The form integration sometimes uses updateRecords but this does not update the GCLID field. Can the GCLID field only be included when creating a new record? Thanks, Michael

Contact and email sync with O365
I tested Zoho One using an alternate email account for a few weeks before deciding to subscribe using my "real" account. It now appears that I've somehow left the Zoho / Outlook integration process "confused." How to make alert and how to handle more then two unique fields
Hi, After the line 23 and 24 are added on a custom function, it got error "'ALERT' task can be used only in on load, on validate and on change actions". I want to remind user to key in the value to specified fields. How can I add it on custom function? The main purpose I need to ensure there is duplicate entry for ID no (currently I need six unique fields). However, CRM only have two unique field, is there any better way to handle this application? Calling from and to ZoHo CRM
I have a question about calling from ZoHo CRM as a European Zoho customer (Netherlands). What is the best phone provider for me to use and why? The phone systems I see on the Zoho list seems to be made for customers best based in the US. I'm also a smal business and don't have a reception. At this moment I’m using Skype. Modify "Calls" Module
Hello Zoho CRM Support, Is it possible for me to make changes to the "Calls" module? I would like to modify or add a checklist for call results (so they don't have to be typed in every time). I would also like to rename the module to "Phone Calls" instead of "Calls. It seems like I am not able to make any changes to that particular module.
I cannot add a new user
I find your system extremely annoying and the fact that you are not open at the weekend appalling. On my account I have three users - two of them have the wrong email address and consequently they are not using the system You are costing me time and money. I tried to add a user with my domain and it does not let me. All it does is cost me money.

How to filter and export records?
We're looking to tidy up duplicates in Contacts module and would like to export out each contact record that doesn't have an associated Potential and delete them from the CRM. Is there a sane way to do this? We tried de-duplicating in the CRM but that still leaves us with 1000's of records to manually review and merge - so that is a no go! While there are filters in the contacts module that allows us to filter out contacts without any potentials, there is no way to export these!

I'm trying to integrate Adwords with Zoho crm but the instructions appear to be missing important bits of information. I am using my own forms and api. I have captured the GCLID from cookie and assigned it to variable $gclid and have included this is the api i.e. <FL val="GCLID">'.$gclid.'</FL> So far so good. However, I'm confused as to what goes in the hidden field in the form. Is it <input type='hidden' id="zc_gad" name="zc_gad" value=""/> ? Or is it <input type='hidden' id="zc_gad" name="zc_gad"
Function to Update Field
I would like to create a function that calculates age in days from a known field and then populates the information into another field. The formula for calculating the field would be: Abs((Datecomp(${Design Requests.Date Submitted},Now())/1440)) My question is how do I create the function and implement it on a schedule so that it updates those values every night for reporting purposes? Also, only records in a specific stage would need the calculation done.

Edit/manage/delete custom functions for related lists
I cannot seem to find a menu to edit/delete the custom functions which were created for related lists. If I click "Add related list" -> "Custom functions", it just shows me the menu with two buttons "Get one from the gallery" and "write my own" However, if I go into the deluge script editor, and select "call function", I see a bunch of functions under application = myfunctions namespace = default namespace

Hi, I have set up and configured Twilio SMS through the Twilio extension, Inbound and outbound sms function is working but inbound sms receives two of the same message is there a config problem here? Also is there a way we can get desktop notification or something for inbound sms? Disabling or removing salutation in Zoho CRM sync with Google
For some reason after I sync my Zoho CRM database with Google contacts, the first name of the Zoho contact is duplicated in the Salutation (Prefix) field in my Google contacts. So, the contacts in Google will look like this "John John Hancock". My question is, is there a way to specifically map the "Salutation" field to the "Salutation (Prefix)" field in Google? When I click on edit sync fields, under Google there is just the field that says name. It does not have a field for "Prefix" or "Salutation".
Emailing invoices and cc
When emailing an invoice or quote you have to hit the c.f. or bcc button if you want to send to more than one person. In the previous iteration before the big great update about a year ago,the c.f. and bcc were always open on the email and even had last contact show up so you only had to enter one letter and the email address popped up. Tracking Actual Revenue of a Campaign
It appears that when adding a contact to a campaign, I cannot modify anything other than the member status. What I want to be able to do is enter how much the person paid to attend the campaign (for example) and then be able see a total revenue of all contacts associated to the specific campaign.
