Checking API limit via an API call?
Hi, I was wondering is there an API method or call I could use to check how many calls have been made during the day so far? I am looking at implementing a bulk upload script that would run off a cron job and although I’m sure at present we are hardly use our API limit, as time goes on we might find on a daily basis we are close to hitting the limit and I would like to try and stop the script from running in the cron job if the limit is close to being hit. Is this possible? Thanks for any help

Hi....i am trying to put within the Lead fields Long / Latitude in the following format, (40.829998, -73.978955) taken from GoogleMaps, and displays: "Please enter a valid Long / Latitude" What kind of format should i have to use, in order Zoho CRM let me input the valid coordinates? iPhone app - device restriction
Using Zoho CRM with the iPhone app. We currently use IP restriction for security purposes. Is there another way to ensure that Zoho CRM iPhone users can only log on using certain corporate devices rather than personal devices? iPhone users will be on different IPs depending on how they are connecting, wifi or mobile data etc.
4 users in license, only 3 active, can't add new user
Seems to be a bug in CRM Plus Admin Panel I deactivated a user so I could add another. I'm not able to add the new user, getting too many users, limit is 4. but only 3 are active presently. Garret D.D.
How to do Zoho CRM mail merge via Microsoft Word to select group of contacts

When selecting Contact Name Lookup default view is showing Related Contacts and to show All Contacts we have to make this selection. Is it possible (how?) to switch it so by deafault All Contacts are shown?

I saw in a demo that the results of a search in notes only bring back the note title and context within the note, but not the client name or project name or company name. Is this customisable? (I'm not using any version yet, but interested in the free version)
CRM to Zoho Books issues

Hello Zoho Team, we want to use the Integration of Desk and CRM. Its good that we see the Tickets submitted in the CRM Profile of our Contacts. But if no Contact found, CRM should NOT create a new contact to put in the info about the ticket. How can we handle this issue? Kind regards
Duplicate records in Calander
Hi I keep on getting duplicate records in my ZOHO and Exchange Calendar. When i send out a meeting to all staff then I have a record of the same meeting for all staff.
Moving events on calendar
When I edit and change the date on an event it duplicates itself on the original date it was set. My Zoho CRM calendar is synced to my Gmail calendar and my Gmail calendar does not have this problem.
Zoho CRM - using Lead data for document mail merge

Hello, We work with a construction data company. The company provides us with mass amounts of data for projects and leads that we import into Zoho based on certain criteria. I know they are working through a Salesforce integration currently so I am sure the process would not be overly difficult. Hello Zoho CRM team, I noticed a minor bug in the layout of task details page. It's minor, but I think in such great product there should not be such bugs. Browser and OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Chrome 56 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Activities page 2. Select any Task and open Task details page You will see the horizontal scroll in the browser. Possible solution: crmcontemporary.css, selector .tb_newmenu - remove padding-left. I'm including the screenshot, hope it helps.
Sync not working Zoho CRM plug-in with Outlook 2010
I have Outlook 2010 64 bits, I installed succesfully the Outlook plugin, the problem is that when I add the contacts folder and I try to sync with the CRM nothing happens, and when I try to synch again Outlook asks me to choose again the folder. Maybe the problem is some pre-requisite. Thx.

Just wondering if that only does it for myself, or if customizing that changes it for all standard users as well? Side note, I really wish we could set the theme and colours for users and lock it so they can't change it. Emailing Contacts based upon Account criteria
I need to be able to email certain contacts. However the sorting and criteria is based upon fields in the accounts module - not contacts. Example: We use Factory Representatives to sell our product. On the account page it has fields called: Account Type = Factory Representative Status = Active There are many contacts that belong to the above account and those are who I need to email. These fields do not appear on the contacts pages since Account is the one that determines the "Type" and "Status".

I am a user of several Zoho modules. Currently, we are using Zoho Forms to take inquiries on our website, and sync with the CRM with Trigger Workflows. But whilst I was doing some trial and error of different options I found a way that may work for a lot of people and is a) very easy and b) free and c) needs no other software / plugins etc So i thought i would post here what I discovered -

zoho phone bridge calls not getting connected to extension setup at phonebridge group
