Does Zoho have employees that consult on organizational solutions? Sales team?
Is there someone at Zoho that is willing to give a high level consultation for our company? We have Zoho CRM plus, but I am interested in help showing/explaining to the other business divisions that Subscriptions, Projects, Expense, Invoice and Reports would integrate well with existing accounting systems that are in place (company is not willing to move to Books yet). I've reached out to 2 individuals via email and no response.

Why would Merge Fields not resolve on email templates?
I am brand new to this but I'm tech savvy. I created modified an existing template. I added a simple merge field from Contacts.First Name. I even used the # to select the field. It looks like the correct syntax was entered into the template. I sent a test email to a few contacts....the merge field did no resolve....it had the field syntax. What am I missing? Is there a way to setup the permissions for "Standard" users whereby they can only move a Potential forward through stages, rather than forward and backwards. Thank you.
What happens at the end of an autoresponder sequence?
When a contact has completed the autoresponder sequence (i.e. received all the follow ups) do they just stay in the same opportunity stage? Is there a way to automatically move them to closed-lost when they reach the end of the sequence? Thanks!
How to autofill information from Contact to Potential?
Hello, I question of time management in that when we have a list of contacts with all of the info filled in e.g. email address phone number etc. When we then add a potential to them we have to fill all of this info in again. Well, our business has contacts as single people and so it is always going to be identical. Is there anyway to stop us having to duplicate this data entry? Thanks!

Search records where field is empty
Hi, I want to use the searchRecords method (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/searchrecords.html) to include multiple criteria. I am able to do so, however I do not see anywhere document as how to search "empty" or null? As well as "starts with". The format in the example in the docs is: (Field Name:Value) Is it possible to search for a field name that is not empty? e.g. (Lead Source:Not Null) - something like this? Thanks

Is there any documentation that explains why certain options are sometimes available when sending email and why those options are sometimes not available? For example... 1. Salesinbox - Add Reminder
In the "Reply" pull-down menu there is an option for "Add Reminder". User can set a reminder subject and a time period. Do those reminder show anyplace else, other than in the Reminders section inside of SalesInbox? It appears those reminders are not included in Activity Reminders list which pops up in the lower right-hand corner, nor do these reminders show in the Notifications list on the home page. I find that I am always missing these reminders.
Importing contacts and associating with accounts
Hi I have imported my customer accounts into "Accounts" successfully. However, when I import the contacts, I am unable to associate them with the respective Account. I have tried matching the same Account Name into the Contact Import's "Account Name" - and it doesn't associate. I've tried to match the Account ID to the Contact Import's "Account Name" and it doesn't work either. There's no "Account ID" field for me to associate the Contact with... Am I missing out something here? WH

Is there a way to get Release Notes on modifications (including minor updates) and notifications of releases? I can only find notifications on major releases with vague info on details, but we're interested any changes effecting core platform, APIs, etc.
No lookup field update in timeline view
Timeline (history of activities with a record) has not indicate while lookup type field has changed within a record. Timeline indicate the last update time but not indicate the nature of lookup field update. When this challenge will be fixed? Is anybody has a solution? I have an idea to add custom module (say "Changes") and add changes as a standalone record. Then watch this change in related list. Does it work?

I have the integration set up. My emails sent from Office 365 are not attaching to the Contacts in Zoho even though the emails match. Does the integration only allow for emails sent from within CRM to be attached to Contacts?

Reply and forwrad functions not working from contact module
When I open an email within a contact module, none of the reply, reply all or forwarding options work. I can create a new email and the reply/forwarding functions work from the top menu, but not nothing happens when I try to reply to a message opened within a contact. How can I fix this?

sync with Mac Outlook 2011 contacts very incomplete
I set up the outlook plug in to sync my contacts between Zoho CRm and my Mac 2011 client. It goes through the whole process but only seems to sync a small number of contacts. Now, when I go back to the sync process, it says that the contats are already synced. I have 6,000 contacts in my Outlook but am only getting 452 into Zoho. What an I do? Did I miss something?
