How do you link an email to a potential?
Hi, I want to link some emails sent from a contact to a Potential ( I hate the email add-on) , the problem is that it is grabbing all the emails sent by this contact. This contact makes a lot of orders, so sometimes we have 3 Potentials with him and it is getting hard to track emails sent by us to him in order. How can I chose what emails to link for each Potential? SR,

Hi, Just signed up and finding a difficult time attaching emails to Potentials. As a previous Salesforce user, would do this by using the BCC email and then adding a code in the email (code included the ID of the Opportunity/Potential to which the email would become associated). I think it was called Email2Salesforce. Can anyone document how to do this in Zoho CRM? I note how to add an email from within the Potentials module, however, this is inconvenient. Hi, I added a new field to Contacts module. It is multi select field. I created a view for contacts. I wan't to mass update newly created field but I get "Could not initiate the mass update. What happens to custom fields after trial period is over
Dear Zoho team, We have customized few fields during the trial version of zoho crm and had integrated the website form with the Zoho. I would like to know what will happen to the custom fields when the trial period is over. Also would like to know what will happen to the data that is stored in zoho with these custom fields. I would like to share contacts of a specific "type" field to everyone, without sharing all contacts. ie - I want to share all contacts of type = Subcontractor with the entire team. Is there a way to do this with a script? Macros and Mass Updates do not give the option of updating sharing, and only one person can be the record owner.

I'm hoping there must be an automated method to ask contacts to update their own contact details. Is this possible? If so, please advise how to do this in CRM. And if there is no automated method, is it possible to create a custom email template to show contacts their current data and ask them to perhaps fill in a webform with any changes? Count deals for a day
Hello all I need to add a custom calculated field to the Deals section. Each Deal has an input date (Fecha entrada). After entering this date I need to compose a new field, called EntradaNumero as: Fecha entrada = Day(Fecha entrada) & Month(Fecha entrada) & Year(Fecha entrada) & "/" & Count(Deals where Fecha entrada = given date)+1 That is, it has to compose the date as DayMonthYear, ad a slash (/) and count the deals entered for thre same date plus one, and assign this result to the field NumeroEntrada.

Automatically Generate Email Upon Lead Creation

Phon Pop Up not diappearing
I have connected my Zoho phone bridge with a phone system calles Askozia. I press the phone icon in Zoho, a phone box pops up, a call to my soft client is done, i pick up the call and the softclient calls the correct number afterwards. So far so good. After finishing the call this phone box is not disappearing , i need to press the cancel button in this phone box. The call is not loged in Zoho. I wrote 4 mails to Zoho but support is not answering (quirte bad support). Thaks for help! Kind Regads

Issue with contact details - Visits >> Prospect/Clients
We have an issue with the Prospect/Client function, it does not display the correct prospects name and details instead it displays only one persons name in all the contacts. When we click on more details about the prospects that is when we see that the Prospect is a different user, the name assigned is wrong. Reimport Accounts with reference to Contact
HI, we use a Primary Contact in Accounts. With the Data Migration Wizard i imported Accounts first, then Contacts. The relation works fine. Now i must update Accounts with a reference to the unique Contact-ID. I know update is possible with " Import My Organization Accounts", but then i have no reference. Data Migration Wizard makes no update, but makes a duplicate. Any Solution? Hubert
Is there a way to show SalesSignal info on a specific contact's page?
Under the bell symbol > SalesSignal, actions (last opened, last clicked, etc.) on emails and campaigns for many contacts can be found there. This is very valuable information. Is there any way to see this information on a particular contact without having to scroll through the SalesSignals? When I am on a contact's page, I would like to be able to see when that contact last opened/clicked on an email that was sent. Is there a way to show/see the same info that is under that bell/SalesSignal icon
Custom Module and Related List
I've created a custom module and now want to relate that to the Leads module. I'm having trouble getting my head around the best way to do this. I'm adding the leads using the crm api and at the same time I'm creating a record in my custom module. The field that should link them (to avoid duplicates in custom module) is email address. Should I be using email address as the required Untitled Name field when I create the custom module? Whilst adding the records I'm assigning the returned IDs to variables

Potentials (Deals) report lists multiple copies of same potential if it contains multiple notes
I'm noticing that Potentials reports show the same potential several times if it contains multiple notes (even if the report itself doesn't include the Notes column). This example includes Notes column: https://cl.ly/1X141L1f3j2q This is misleading because it appears to be several different potentials, each factoring into subtotals.
Unsupported Field - Templates
I constructed a template but cannot save it. I keep getting an "unsupported field" error. I started this email from a Basic Template, and cannot locate the field at all in the document. I attempted to "redo" the document from a blank template and am still getting the same error with the same field. any thoughts?
