Lead Source in Leads different then the one in opportunites.
Hi, We have a Lead Source pick list in Leads and one in opportunities but they aren't the same but seem to be mapped??? If they are mapped after they were created separately would this be the problem? The reason we want them the same is some of our leads we pass onto distributors so they will never be converted and an opportunity created under that company but we still want to be able to track the conversion of these. Hi 2nd Post, Creating a view list from Contacts for a mass email. When i create the view list i find have several duplicated contacts. Further investigation after doing a deduplicate i find that the contacts aren't actually duplicated, but rather that the list created has generated the same contact for each product that is listed on the Contact page. Hello, I need some help with Zoho Blueprint ussage. I've created a workflow and, in a determined point (2), it's possible to go back to a previous point (1). One of the conditions to access to point (1) is that determined field has to be empty (the field is pick list type). So, first time I access to (1), condition is reached. If we are inserting XML data into our leads module via insertRecords method, is there any way to not show that was successful based on parameters? For example, We don't want to accept FL leads. <FL val="State">FL</FL> When this xml data is executed, I want to get a response that says record was not successfully inserted. Is the only way to do this through a webhook? Or is there a way for that success (as in screenshot) to show up as not successful?

I want to be able to add models and options that are directly associated with a master product. Setting an opportunity "on hold"
Hi there, is it possibly to set an opportunity "on hold" for an amount of time? In my current case we have an opportunity where we need to get back to the client not mid of next month - but it pops up in every sales meeting as it wasn't decided on until now (and will not before mid of next month). The only solution we came up with so far, was to delete and recreate it next month.

Is it possible to use macros for company-internal communications? The use case is: When a client makes a purchase for the first time, we need to set them up on our internal accounting system, and I would like to create a macro that sends the information we have in the CRM to a person in our accounting department who is not a CRM user. I have set up an e-mail merge template, but it seems that the only option with macros is to send an e-mail to the contact on the record I'm using to run the macro.

AutoNumber issue
We send out mail and use the current CRM's contact ID (or as we call it an account number) and we ask them when calling in to let us know that number so we can look the up quicker. I was told that in Zoho, in order to keep an autonumbering capabilities while adding new leads, I would have to create a custom field. The LeadsID is not searchable in Zoho. I was testing importing leads and the autonumber custom field I created is not shown as choice when mapping my imported data. So am I doing something

Universal address field.
Hi, Is is possible for you to create an address field for when you are creating a new module instead of having to create your own using Single Line/Multi-Line fields? This way the address' are consistent throughout all modules and Zoho programmes which makes syncing between modules/programmes easier. You have this in Zoho Forms which even allows you to edit the Address Elements to suit what you require (see attached), but I cannot see it anywhere else. Thanks.

Rules & Actions - Enterprise Edition
We are using the Enterprise Edition of Zoho. We need to perform a custom set of action for a particular contact baed on the account they are associated with. We started down the path of using Rules but have found the limitation of the Enterprise edition supports only 20 rules. So based on our understanding of how Zoho works this would limit us to 20 accounts ( 20 custom rules ). Even if we upgrade, the next limitation is 50 which is still to limiting for us. However, when there's more than one contact with that same name, it seems that Zoho takes the first contact with that name (first in terms of Zoho id), and associates it with the order; I'd expect it to select the contact that also has the Email given in the order details, as Email is the unique field for contacts. Hello, We have a webform that creates a new contact, and then add a sales order with that contact as customer. The only way I have found to add the contact to the sales order, is by using the "Contact Name". My concern is that we might get costumers with same names, so I would like to use the ID i get in return when creating a Contact, to link the sales order to that contact, by ID, not name. what field should I put the Contact-ID in, in the Sales Order XML?
Getting started with Carts - where do I begin?
We have. fully custom CMS, and at the moment we are posting to an external third party cart. We have looked at Shopify and others, but they don't give the customisation we want. Delete All Future Events button deletes only current event
I have created Event which repeats daily and never ends (!). Then I have tried to delete this and all future events. But only current event was deleting after pressing Delete All Future Events button. Please fix this issue with deleting all future events because it is messed up our system. Thank in advance.

I'm trying to upload a PDF that's hosted on our server, but for the life of me I can't figure this thing out! Please help! I see that it can be done with the uploadFile Method, but "agreementURL" only attaches a link to the file. The URL doesn't seem to work with "Content". Can't delete Zoho CRM Outlook Plug in
I am trying to uninstall (move to Trash) the Zoho CRM Outlook Plugin so I can reinstall. I had this problem before & sadly did not save the steps. I run Sierra 10.12.3. I have control clicked, opened contents and deleted the plug in folder, and then tried but still get an error message that plug in is open and can't be move to trash bin even Outlook & Chrome were forced quit & I restarted the computer. Any thoughts?
