Phone Bridge and CRM integration
Our company has an internet phone (line2/Toktomi) and a land line. We would like to solely go to the internet line if we could integrate it with Zoho CRM so that when we call or someone calls, their information pops up on the screen. I understand you have PhoneBridge, but we have spent money with this provider already and don't find the other companies you list easy to implement (or cheap). It would be convenient if there were adapters for any internet phone lines so that we could integrate our phone
Phone integration
When I use the old version of Zoho, I can click on the phone number in the lead field and connect to Ringcentral, which is my VOIP provider. If I'm not connected, a pop-up will will appear where I can log into. In the new version of Zoho CRM, a pop-up appears and tells me to connect to Ringcentral, but doesn't allow me to log in. I guess I'm going to continue to use the old version.

Zoho Books / CRM integration
Hello! We have the professional version of Books and CRM Plus. We have synchronized contact, suppliers and products between both. When we create a budget, we always link it to its corresponding opportunity. If we win the opportunity, we invoice the corresponding budget, but how does CRM integrate the products of this opportunity gained? How do I know what products I have sold to a customer in CRM? Notes added from within task do not show in timeline.
Suggest adding capability so that notes that are added from within a task are added to the timeline. If this is available, please share how this functionality works.
Enabling Zoho CRM API Access
Hello, Our Zapier account can no longer connect to Zoho CRM with an API Auth code. I notice that the "Zoho CRM API Access" toggle on both our admin and standard profiles are disabled and it says it cannot be modified for this profile. Can you please enable this on my accounts or let me know how to do it myself? Thanks!

Time Difference Indicator based on Country
Has anyone ever built a custom function to calculate the time difference between here (Ireland) and the origin of a lead. For example a field on the record that populates upon creation to indicate how many hours of a time difference are between here and that leads country (e.g -6 hours). Linking Modules via Lookup Field and Ability to Report
If you add a new custom module and add a Lookup field for any other entity (Leads, Contacts, etc), you can report on the relationship between the two modules. If you take an existing module, say Cases, and add a Lookup field for Leads, I would expect that you could build reports that show the relationship between Leads and Cases. Unfortunately you cannot. Why would that be?

Unable to Cancel to edit Data Backup and Backup Logic Bug in Zoho
(1) I'd configured Zoho CRM , database backup for once a month. I can't change it, there is no edit / cancel schedule buttons around (see attached screenshots), now sure why I can't do it anymore. Slow / Missing Event Emails?
Hi I'm currently using a trial of Zoho and I am finding that event emails are quite delayed when being sent to attendees 10+ mins sometimes 30+. Also sometimes when I update an event and add additional attendees their email invite never arrives? Has anyone else had similar problems?
CRM and ZohoMail
Is any one else having issues with mail not syncing in CRM? we use Zoho Mail and emails get pushed into CRM under associated contacts, but no emails are syncing since 2/4/17 for anybody in our organization. 2/3/17 is last date emails were added to CRM. So far Zoho support has not been able to help us figure out why. Hi all, when I log as administrator I can see the contact list with all contacts independently of the owner, but my users that have the standard security profile will only see the contacts they own, is there any way I can make that they see all records but only give them permission to edit their own records.

Auto fill some custom module fields from a Account lookup field
Hi, I created a custom module linked by a lookup field to the Account module. I have created some new fields in this custom module, similar to the Adress, City, and Zip code fields, existing in the account module. Now, in the Custom Module, When I select the account name in the lookup field, I would like the address, postal code and city fields to be filled automatically from the Account module data. Argentina Time Zone
To whom it may concern, Argentina Time Zone is registring things wrong. When we set a note for a contact or similar, it registers 1 hour later than the real one. For example, we set a note for a contact at 13:30, and the CRM set it at 14:30. Please, fix this ASAP. Thanks! Juan

Hi there, I am new to zoho and I am exploring .. noisy. And it seems that I did chose the right CRM.... I like to use an image instead of a value which should be shown when viewing a customer. The idea: With a formula field I am checking if all required customer data are filled. If "yes" then show a "green_dot.gif" if "no" show a "red_dot.gif". How can I solve this?
