RGB and Color numbers in the User Interface - can we have them back
Dear ZOHO, The new UI in ZOHO CRM is truly amazing. However in the old UI there was the possibility to set the color to an exact HTML colornumber. I have found this very useful for clients (i am a partner) Can we have it back, and if so, when?
Edit pick list for Contact Role field
How do I edit the pick list for the contact role field? This field is not displayed in my Potential Module customization page but it does appear during conversions from Leads to Potentials.
creating account reports problem
I created an Account and report with the columns Account Name, Account Status, Account Source When I run the report it displays each Account name and Account Status multiple times. Using Full Name in Web Form
In an effort to shorten our Web Form I'd like to use Full Name rather than First Name & Last Name. I figure I can just separate it from there to populate First Name & Last Name (with a Custom Function if necessary). Or, perhaps it can be done during the form submission itself? Bug? Trouble with editing fields outside of edit mode.
You should be able to edit fields on Zoho without going into edit mode. For example you should be able to hover over the due date field, and it will show you a little pencil icon that you can click on in order to choose a new date. Usually this works properly, but sometimes when I hover over the date, the pencil icon will show up a line and 1/2 below. See the picture attached to this message. Of course, when I move my cursor to click the pencil icon, the pencil icon disappears before I can get there.
Where is the "Data Sharing Settings" option?
Hi, I am trying to make all contacts/ leads/ etc... available to all users. According to several threads, I have to do this by accessing "Data Sharing Settings". Add campaign data in the campaign column view
I need to sort campaigns (email campaigns) by open rate. There is no option to add a column to the campaign view in crm, that would represent the data inside the campaign or the "campaign email details". How can I achieve this? Send contacts to another module.
Hello In our company, 10% of the leads we upload are disconnected numbers or sometimes people that dont want our product and tells us to call back in a few months. We grab those leads and we send them to a custom made module called Future Sales. Right now, i just cant find a way to send a lead to that custom made module, the only thing i can do is convert the lead to a contact. Formula Field - Telephone and Cellphone - Contacts
Hi, I'm using ZOHO CRM PROFESSIONAL and inside quotes I have JUST ONE field to insert phone number. Some contacts they have just Cellphone (Engineers) and othes just regular Landlines (Administrative people). I've created a field called "Quotes Phone" and i need to create a formula inside this field... "IF CELL PHONE IS EMPTY USE LANDLINE IF NOT USE CELL PHONE".. Field(s) not available for Mass Update
We have a commonplace situation in which one of our clients has changed the name of their company. I thought of using Mass Update on the several Contact records within that organization. It was very easy to select as criteria Account Name = "X", but when I proceeded to the Mass Update section, "Account Name" was not one of the fields I could select in the list box to modify. I don't know if this is just a complete oversight, or if someone somewhere thought there was a good reason not to include

Hi! I'm using the Deluge function zoho.crm.updateRecord("Potentials", "ID", updateMap) to update some records. However, every record that I update get's it's layout changed to "Standard" from whatever it was previously. How can I stop this behavior? Thanks!
searchRecords api returns 4600 response
I am building an external app for a client. They have added to the Accounts records an "Affiliate Partner", which is really the renamed the Vendor Name. I can get individual Account records by Account Name and I can get Vendor records by the Affiliate Email. What I can't do is get a list of Accounts buy Affiliate. OSX Outlook Add-On - Add Email Not Working
I currently have the Outlook Add-On (v1.4) installed on my Mac. Whenever I attempt to add an email from Outlook to CRM, it doesn't seem to work although I get a success notification. I am logged in, and the add-on is performing the look-up within the CRM as I can see the account which the email address is associated with. I then proceed to click "Add Mail" and it then confirms that it has been added to the CRM. I then view the contact's details within the CRM, but the email is nowhere to be

Adding an email to CRM as a new lead
Hi There used to be an option previously to add an emailers details as a new lead. Now if I get an email into my account and want to add it as a lead in CRM I have to go to CRM add a new lead manually and then populate all the fields, which is VERY time consuming. Can't get the report I want leads->sales
This seems like a simple one to get, but zoho support is no help or say it can't be done. Report Chart Disapears
Hello, Typically when I choose a report the upper right exhibits 4 functions as follows: "EXPORT" "SEND EMAIL" "EDIT" "CHART OPTIONS" When I edit and run a new (Summary) report these functions are replaced with the following: "SAVE" "EDIT" "CANCEL" The question, what happened to "CHART OPTIONS"? Also, the chart itself disapears. Please help so I can see charts once I run a new summary report. Thanks,
Marketo-Zoho Integration needed
When is Zoho going to have a direct integration with Marketo? We currently have to use a 3rd party integration, but it cannot sync all of the data between the two systems. (for example, campaigns cannot be synced, Activities cannot be synced, etc).

Concatenate fields from multiple modules
Hi I am trying to concatenate fields (lookups) from 2 custom modules. But does not seem to work. Concat(${Categories.Category Name},' - ',${Manufacturers.Manufacturer Name} Both Category Name and Manufacturer name are lookup fields in their respective modules. It works well when I try to concatenate fields from the same module that I am currently in, but provides a syntax error the moment I try to pick a field from another module Can someone help?
