Hi, i have some products in CRM that i want to 'obsolete' i dont want them to appear in the product list avaialble to quotes, but i cant delete them as i want to keep my products history for my customers. how do i do this?
CRM not saving inbound messages from Zoho mail
We have just integrated Zoho mail into our Zoho CRM and I'm very pleased. However, I'm puzzled by the fact that CRM does not keep a copy of the inbound message when it gets deleted from my inbox in Zoho mail. Am I doing something wrong? I can't believe that all messages have to be left in the mail's inbox system for eternity. Any help appreciated. Kerry

Allowing for multiple product selection : quotation
Hello, The quotation module has a preset field for choosing products. Only one product can be chosen at a time. ie: I am creating a quotation and quoting multiple products. I click, choose one product, and it populates in that field, and i have to click again, repeat - each individual product populates by itself. I cannot create a customer field that allows for multiple products to be populated on a quotation - or if i can i am having issues completing it. Any help or recommendations? Thank you
How would I change the CustomModule under the Primary Key field in a Module?
Hi, We have a module under the title "Advocates" which uses the Advocate's first name as the required primary key. I would like to add the Advocate's last name in their title as well. Under the "Summary" of the Module where I go to customize the page, it says "CustomModule2" next to "Module" and "API Name" (please refer to image attached). How can I add the Advocate's last name as part of the primary key? It does not allow me to edit that field, even though I can edit the "Displayed as:" key. In

Zoho Writer - Cannot save updates to Mail Merge templates
Hi! I have an urgent issue in that I can no longer update mail merge templates that we use for Quotes etc. It says that it is autosaving but it isn't. When I do a manual update to the template I get an error message. I have tried creating new templates in Zoho Writer and get the same problem. I have installed the MailChimp integration component and can find it on my TAB's in CRM.. however when I click on it, nothing is shown in the window. Was expecting to see the integration settings here? Could it be a browser problem, I am using Chrome.

Synchronizing Gmail Aliases
Greetings, One of our users has a primary gmail account synched to Zoho CRM, but with several gmail aliases associated with this account. These are 'true' aliases, and not those using the '+' symbol. Cannot edit first name of Leads and Contacts, editing task fields hidden - general z-order issues?
Hi, Since the last release I have noted that the firstname field displays as blank and it looks like you cannot add data into it: - When adding a new Lead - When editing a Lead or Contact The field appears to be present though, as I can tab to it, type and some of what I type is saved, but not displayed when editing. Fail to update URL field Deluge script
Hi there, i need your help. i'm trying to update through custom function script a field called website which is of a URL type. Not only it fails, but while debugging it i see that some fields doesnt exist in the map object returns when i call the zoho.crm.getRecordById function. one of them is the Website field, other is the State and City fields. Accounts have disappeared?
I have not accessed my Zoho CRM for about three months but now when I go in, I can see all contacts but no accounts. Accounts are not headed at all? Has something changed? I'm using the free version.

"House Accounts" that All Can See
Hi, We have 30 or so "house accounts" that I've assigned to me, the system administrator. We want all of our sales people to see these accounts, write notes, etc. When I set these up originally, I shared them from System Adminstrator to Sales Engineer with Read/Write/Delete access and it worked for a while. Custom Function to alert Owners of inactivity
We've created a custom module (CustomModule3) in our CRM and we need a way to have Zoho find any records with a last activity date of 2 weeks (or more) and send out an alert to the owner of that record to update it. I can create an email template for this, and I know I can create a schedule to run a custom function but I need a custom function to do the hard part of finding the record that has a last activity time older than 2 weeks and then sending the alert to the owner of the record to have them
Using a .csv file to import record to Zoho CRM giving me a problem
Hi. I need to import some contacts from Salesforce into an account in Zoho CRM. In order to do this I need a .csv file. As we all know, the "Account ID" field of the import is mandatory. Hello, I am trying to import notes into the Potentials module in Zoho. I have been able to map and successfully import some sample notes, but am unable to import the correct 'Created by ID.' Hi there, There's a thread which i 9 years old about this, so I have chosen to start a new one in the expectation it receives fresh energy! searhRecords Bug, cannot search with 'IN' or 'AS' as criteria
the searchRecords method appears to fail when you search on SQL keywords. For example: with criteria=(Billing State:AR) I get a number of responses. with criteria=(Billing State:IN) uri': '/crm/private/json/Accounts/searchRecords', 'nodata': {'message': 'There is no data to show', 'code': '4422'} with criteria=(Billing State:AS) nodata again I need to be able to search on state abbreviations. Auto populate fields from one module to another
I have looked around and not been able to find a solution for my problem. I am using Potentials and Quotes. I want to auto populate the Billing address on the Quote from the Associated Account. I would have thought this to be a relatively simple thing to do but all I can see is that I will have to create a workflow rule with custom function.

Is it possible to sync a new Task with its reminder with Google? I tried to create a new Task with a reminder and was hoping that it would sync with Google so that I could access it on all my devices. But only my events are getting synced. I'm using the professional version, which syncs with Google Contacts and Calendar.
How to add a formula to a view's criteria
I know there are formula fields that can be added to a form, but how would I add a formula to the criteria of a view? For instance. We have a field in our Contacts form that is the date they joined our program. I need to find all of the contacts that are due for renewal today. So if they joined on Dec. 15,2012 the formula would return the value of 15. The formula I want to use is "Dayofmonth(${Contacts.Payment Start Date})" but I can't see where to use that when defining a view's criteria. Any help

I got a message than my day limit of deluge script is reached. 1) What is the time where it will be reseted and I will be able to use workflow rules again? 2) will my rules, which did not work due to this, be done tomorrow, or they will be lost?

Feeds not showing for Group
I created a group and a couple of auto follow rules assigned to the group in the Feeds tab. However, nothing at all shows up in the group feed. This group consists of the actual users and I even added the Roles just to be sure. But nothing is showing at all - just a message saying "no data available" Any idea what the problem may be? Thanks!

Duplicate account names on report
When we run a report using account type is a certain name (architect), many account come up two or more times in the list. Why is this? Cannot figure out how to keep the exact same accounts from repeating in the report list.
