Product Movement
Is there a way to move products between locations. We have a number of field based engineers who carry parts in the vans. I need to book parts out of our stores into the van stock and then back in when not used or invoice to the customer if they are used. What is the best way using CRM that we can move products between locations. I am thinking maybe by using the sales order? Any suggestions.
Unable to setup sync with CRM from Campaign
I have changed the e-mail for my CRM account and generated a new ZSC Key. If I go to Campaigns Contacts -> Sync Contacts and want to setup a new sync to CRM I am told that the An account with this email address has already been created in your org. Please contact your org administrator for access priviges. I just want to be able to push leads and contacts from CRM to Campaigns!???
mail module not working (crm module not the separate stand alone app)
i am setting up mail (internal crm module) to copy any emails sent to contacts, but i do not see the module show up in the menu at the top, the separate zoho mail app is working fine. I have enabled imap (i'm using gmail until our domain one is set up). Help

I have recently setup my RingCentral account with both Zoho CRM and Recruit. I have noticed that the business card view does not display when calling or receiving a call from a record in either application - WHEN, the formatting of the phone numbers does not align perfectly. Whereas there might be dashes between a listed phone number in ZOHO (e.g. xxx-xxx-xxxx), if the caller ID from the RingCentral system does not include that formatting (even with the same number), the zoho integration does not

Multiple Site/Depot addresses for one company

Custom Field Not Copying Over Info to New Contact

How to export to Excel without the Account ID column?
When I export to Excel, I have two issues: 1) It seems to export in an older format and Excel prompts me to convert the file. Is it possible to have Zoho export in the current file format of Excel? 2) The export results in an extra column called "Account ID" - is there a way to export without this column? Thanks!

Here in a custom-function, I am getting error of "Inactive user, code is 4813", I am not getting the idea of this error. I think It is showing that the logged-in user is not active user. CRM Potentials View - Only Latest From Each Account
Hi there, I have a view set up that shows me Closed Won potentials sorted by date. This lets me follow up with customers who have completed sales. After following up, I mass update my own "Last Follow Up" date field. I only want to see the most recent closed potential from each account. Or, I would like to update the "Last Follow Up" date for all the potentials on that account. I'm not finding a quick way to do this. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks, Chad

Linking SalesIQ data with WebForm Lead Record

Import Notes into Zoho CRM- User ID Issue
Hello, I am trying to import notes into the Potentials module in Zoho. I have been able to map and successfully import some sample notes, but am unable to import the correct 'Created by ID.' For example I am wanting to import notes and assign those notes based on the user ID (for example: zcrm_779782000000062001). However, whenever I try to import the ID, it defaults to my user as the 'Note Owner.' Is there a certain format for the 'Created by ID'? Thanks.

Hello! I have a custom module for records that I import once a day. I set up an automation trigger to send an email on any record creation, however, when I import a CSV list the rule automation doesn't trigger. How to isolate Accounts that don't have an open Activity?
Is there a way to run a report on all Accounts that do not have an Open Activity? Since a Completed Task is designated a status of Completed, I can't just filter for Status is Empty, and not clear to me what other fields I could use to isolate any Account wherein I have not assigned an Activity. Creating a custom module record with a linked look up contact field

Notification emails going into Junk Email
I set up an automatic email notification every time we upload new potentials. While the email process is working, the emails go directly into our sales reps' Junk Email box. can i map a custom field to a standard field
There is a standard field called department in contacts module I have tried to map a custom field I created in the leads module as this field was not there. Unfortunately, it won't let me map the two fields doesn't show up in the drop down list, i had tried to ask this question to Daisy our account manager but she does not know. WebForm for Wordpress not working.
I have created a simple webform to embed on my Wordpress site. I have taken the code and put into wordpress. The page looks ok and I am able to enter the info. But after that I have many functional problems: 1) After entering data in fields and pressing Submit it does something but returns to the same page. I have put in the new landing page for submit in CRM but it does not do it?` 2) The information captured does not show up in CRM... so not sure if the integration works?
