Add Custom Task fields to Workflow tasks
Need ability to create workflow automation tasks and pull in custom fields. Right now, we can only grab some default fields when automatically creating a task. This is an issue because we use tasks to record all of our outside sales efforts. we want to automate some follow up but can't because we rely heavily on custom fields in the Task module.

I do have Skype installed. But I use Skype for Business (previously called Lync) to make my phone calls. Is it possible to remove the link or edit the link to href=tel instead?
Field mapping and Lookup Type have gone wobbly!
Hello, I am having trouble with Lead conversion Mapping. I am trying to map a number of fields in the Leads form to corresponding fields in the Contacts and Potentials table. Hi All Is there a way of being able to send a reminder email every month or quarter using an automated process. I can see we can now set an email up in mail to do this. What I want to achieve is that once a potential is update to say a contract is live, then depending upon a field which would say monthly or quarterly start a process that sends the same email either monthly or quarterly. How can I create activities in "mass" related to a campaign?
Hi, I'm trying to map and build a process for a new telemarketer that's starting in a few weeks. My thought process is the following : 1. Create Campaign : XYZ Telemarketing Campaigns 2. Anniversary notification
Hi Zoho, I require notification on special annual dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc). I know that years ago this was not possible with the "professional" subscription. Odd because any professional with actual customers would need this as a minimum in CRM functionality. Back then it seemed that you were "working" on something that would fix this strange limitation. Tables and pannels do not show the dates when Scheduled calls must be performed
When you create a call and set "Scheduled" or "Programed" (not sure as I have Spanish language), The activity view do not show the "death date" (Fecha de vencimiento), I mean, the date when the call must be done, I have set a programed call to "Llamar a Rosa" on 1/02/17. Also if I go to the "home" where all pannels are shown you can see there are no date when the call must be done, but you can see that date in the case of Activities

I have the RingCentral integration active in CRM. My phone icons next to phone numbers have changed to the green RC icons. When I click them, it starts a dial out through RC. In the Custom Function, I would like to create new tasks and link them to the potentials that have the "Run Workflow" field set to TRUE. Working CRM IMAP integration timeline?
Just wondering if anyone over at zoho has come up with a time line for when the CRM IMAP system will actually work? BCC Dropbox intermittent failure
Hi, I use BCC to Dropbox with pretty much every email I send to an external contact. What I have discovered is that the email I sent sometimes shows up in the contact's record and sometimes it doesn't. I can see no reason for this and I do not believe it is 'operator error'. All data gone
I hadn't logged into Zoho for a long while. Now I did, and all the data we had entered (Contacts, Companies, Leads) is gone. It looks like I never used Zoho before - everything is empty. Report using custom modules and lookup field
I have a custom Module Patients with a lookup field for Provider Name which links to the custom Provider module. When I run a report showing all Patients with their Provider Name and Address, the Provider Name is incorrect. Instead of Provider Name it shows Patient Name again. Trying to add a phone number for a company in Europe that is formated +xx xx xx xx xxx Zoho CRM has a built-in field for phone numbers that will not allow this as a valid format? Accessing related items such as emails via custom functions
I have written a custom function which converts a Contact into a custom module (called "Students" in my CRM). This searches contacts by id, uses a map to access the field values of the result contact and populates a new Student record with that information. Then, it deletes the original Contact. Not getting Email notification for Bounced Email
Hello, We need to get email notification for Bounced email that are sent using Zoho Campaign.We are pushing member status from Zoho Campaign to Zoho CRM in a field 'Campaign Status'. This field is getting updated perfectly, but the workflow rule on updating of 'Campaign Status' is not working even it contains 'Bounced'. We have recently added the Outlook 365 Integration to our Zoho CRM system, however once we have written the email when we click on 'Send', the send process takes a long time.
