Grand total problem

Can't Map Campaign source from Lead to Potential
I created a custom field in Leads with a type Lookup and the source module of Campaigns. I want to map fields for conversion so the lead Campaign gets transferred to the Potential Campaign Source when converting. However, on the field mapping I am not given the option to map Accounts, Contacts, and Potentials to Campaign Source. What am I doing wrong?
Best approach from a contact form

Create report for number of times a campaign email is opened?
Hello, Is it possible to create a CRM report for the number of times a contact has opened the email campaign? I know it is possible to sort by who has opened, but we are looking specifically at how many times they have opened each campaign. This information is provided under the 'campaign history' section on the contact page, and has provided us with useful information. Related Lists naming convention
Is there any naming convention on related lists? I need to get all the products assigned to a potential, but I don't know what should be de URL for the getRelatedRecords api method, since I don't know how the related list is called. I'm asking this, because the "Stage History" related list name is "potStageHistory"... So, what is the name of "Products" related list? Thanks

Gmail Integretaion
HI, I just wanted to know that is it possible to send mails directly from google mail and then see them attached to specific leads or potentials? I want to be able to mail from Gmail and the mail should be attached to the particular lead automatically.
Email sync often stops for users for no reason
My users often find that their email sync has stopped seemingly for no reason at random times. They can go into the Emails section of CRM, see that it is days behind, and manually use the refresh there to get it going again. Alternatively they are able to go to mail.zoho.com and manually refresh from there. Has anyone else experienced this? What was your solution? I've contacted the help desk on several occasions and never had a true fix that has lasted for the users.
Company Information Popup
I've recently signed up for a trial of the Enterprise Edition. We're looking to move to the Enterprise paid version but I'm having as issue. Randomly the Company Information popup will come up and ask me to enter our company details which I've done many times. For whatever reason it doesn't save it and 5 minutes later it's back again. It's driving me a little crazy. If I go into Setup > Company Details the only field that's filled out is my email. If I try editing it there it takes me to a page that
all my open and closed activities are no longer showing in accounts page
Hi when i click into an account i normally scroll down and can see pages and pages of closed activities and open activities. Today they aren't showing anything, on each account page under 'closed activities' and 'open activities' it simply says 'no records found'. Please help, i fear all my account historys have vanished! Exporting invoice
Hi When I export my invoice to pdf, the name of my pdf file is the default number of my invoice. I have changed the generation of the invoices numbers ans l would like to name my pdf file with my invoice autogenerated number automatically. Is it possible ? Thank you ! Maider

unwanted activities
I just created a new lead, then converted it into an Account. After I created it, I noticed that every open & closed activity that has been created by our sales team is attached to this new account. I started looking around, and many of our existing accounts have these same open & closed activities attached to them. It was not this way on Friday. Please help Bob Lanik
Sync Wordpress Users to Zoho Campaigns
Hi Team, Is it possible to sync existing Wordpress Users to Zoho Campaigns? My Wordpress users do not submit a form on the wordpress site so I can't use the standard approach of generating a form to capture the users into Campaigns. My Wordpress users are created automatically via another process and I want to add any new Wordpress user to either Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns. TIA, Ryan

Hello I have Standard Edition of Zoho CRM and would like to use the Social Integration but when ever I attempt to Manage Social Accounts it takes me to a page that says Unable to process your request. Missing leads in Zoho CRM
I have added leads into Zoho CRM and I can't not find them anywhere in our system. I have searched using the search option, filtered the All Leads view to see if I can locate it in the list and it is still not there. I have then tried to re-upload the lead via the import function and Zoho will not upload the lead as it already exists in the system. Please help!

Zoho CRM and Vonage VOIP Click to Dial stopped working.. HOW DO YOU TURN OFF PHONE BRIDGE?
On Monday when I went to use my Vonage Click to Call with Zoho CRM it was no longer working. The Contact Page in CRM now has a DIAL icon next to the phone number where my Vonage icon was. I cant do click to call and we have a group that relies on this. Any idea why they changed this and if it can be fixed? UPDATE.... How can we turn OFF Phone Bridge? Delete related records in custom function
Is there a way of deleting records in a custom module in CRM through a custom function? I cam across a post relating to doing it with the contacts table but have tried to replicate this with a custom table and it doesnt seem to work, or I have got something wrong in the function. Create view showing contacts of current opportunities
I want to be able to favorite or mark follow contacts and companies. I know I can do this by adding a new field and then key the view off of that field. It would be cumbersome but doable. A better solution would be to have it integrated so it would be included in the UI, like the follow button for a company where you are not the owner. Deluge Script to store custom field setting in Contacts based on presence or stage of Potential

I have put a Workflow automation rule in place that will update a custom field in Contacts with a value indicating the presence of a potential, but I need a script to retroactively go back and update that field for each person's Potential record (whoever actually has a potential). There appears to be no easy way to do that so a Deluge script appears to be needed. The field I've created in Contacts is "Potential Exists" and is a checkbox field. Territories
Client has Accounts that overlap territories so need to assign by opportunity rule. Seems to work and then not work, turned off and waited for cache to clear but still a problem. Need territories by opportunity owner (manager) and then use forecast to set sales goal and track. Will get more granular by individual sales user once it starts working. Reaching out to support, getting different answers. Any one else having difficultly with Territories to the point beyond theoretical?

Test emails not showing up - continued
I am having the same problem as discussed in the earlier string 'Test emails not showing up'. Create Contact record from third party form
Not sure if i have the right sub forum. This is a key issue if im to switch to Zoho CRM. I need to be able to create a contact record from the registration form that is used on our website. I don't want to use a web form created by Zoho but the existing form we have on our site as it performs a number of other checks and functions. Catch is that we use a 3rd party module that generates this form. Having said that, it does perform a http post which I have working with a different third party crm system.
How to I get a lead vendors info to push into crm?
We have a call center and use several lead companies that get all of the clients info and when they call into our center to transfer the client all of the information with our old crm would be able to be pulled in the crm so the clients info was there without us asking to do it again. How can I get it so i can pull the lead in zoho?

Script Builder rejects Custom module names?
I am trying to use the call function getrecordbyid in script builder to get a record from a custom module. But it does not seem to accept the Custom Module name. In the script builder dropdown the only options seem to be the standard modules. Is this a limitation in ZohoCRM ? Is it possible to use getrecordbyid with custom modules?

Field update on Event when related Potential is won
I am creating an automation workflow to update a (custom) field on an Event if the related Potential is set to "Closed Won". When I create the Automation Workflow on Potentials, i can only update fields on Potentials, Accounts, Campaigns and Contacts. My field update would be on Event, actually the Event that is related to the Potential. Can anyone help? Thanks,
