Email Analytics Report after Upgrade from Standard to Pro
I just upgraded from Standard to Pro to evaluate the Email Analytics and Top Ten Templates reports, but I'm not seeing any data. I assumed the data was in the database and the report could pull it, but will the Pro version not provide data for historical emails? only those I send going forward?

Error when adding an admin to my CRM. New Email address is registered to someone else.
Hi, I am super admin and have added a colleague as an admin to our crm. The problem is that when he logs in he gets to a page for registered email verification for a name that isn't his and an email address that isn't his. He's a new employee therefore has a completely new email address, but somehow, on Zoho, it is already registered to some one else. Please help - It's unproductive and driving us nuts! Thanks Pete
Creating projects with free trial
Is it possible to create projects with the Zoho CRM Professional free trial?? We like the software and are considering buying licenses however it won't let the admin create projects - since it won't let us create a portal. Hope someone can advise. thanks

Unbounce Integration
I have associated my Zoho CRM account with my unbounce account, and when people submit the form on unbounce, that lead is then being passed to the 'leads' area of my CRM, however at this point they have been double qualified by my sales funnel and so I want them to be directly transferred to my 'contacts' - How can I make sure that all the leads that come in from unbounce are sent to contacts, and not to leads. I have a 5 user subscription to ZOHO+ which we purchased in search of a better project management software. I find that while many of ZOHO's tools are effective and feature rich, the CRM completely missed the boat with regards to gmail integration. My message to the engineering team is to have a look at https://www.fullcontact.com/. You guys should just buy this company and incorporate it's features into zoho.

LinkedIn Integration
I get a consistent error message when I try to integrate LinkedIn and Zoho. Both Twitter and Facebook work fine but LinkedIn does not. I already tried some of the suggenstions form previous discussion and I still don't have a succesfull integration. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi i am trying to add lead from my Zoho Account but i get the following message(Sorry,you have reached the maximum limit in your current edition). we are using the free edition up to 3 user but recently we want to see the full functionality and we sign up for professional trail version which is expired now. But before that i was able to create, edit the lead and potentials. is there any want i can go back to normal and utilise ZOHO CRM.
Import records to custom module - need records to be viewable by everyone
As administrator, I imported records into a custom module. How do I make the records accessible by all users? I want all users to be able to see them, but only administrators will see all of the fields.

Good day, My business scenario is that my Products are in three different warehouses. The warehouse employees will input the product quantity present in each warehouse. I would like Zoho to update the field "Quantity in Stock" with the sum of these three quantities. That way, all my mobile salespeople can see the total quantity available. Slow Email Send
Having found that we now have Email Insights to track sent email, I have been testing sending email from the CRM. But, I am finding it unusable as each send takes over 25 seconds from when I click Send. I have tried from both IE and Chrome. Can anyone tell me if this is expected behaviour?

I'm trying to send an email once per year on a client wedding anniversary. Does this workflow look correct? A contact is booked with "Add-ons" has a value and "DJ Name" has a value. I'm mainly concerned about the "Start time" which is also a clients anniversary. Will it send every year?

I'm sorry if this question has been addressed already. I need to set up a series (about 14) of drip campaign e-mails (for prospects). I tried setting up an autoresponder with follow-ups, but it only allowed five and I need more than that. Is there any way around that? Should I be setting it up in MailChimp instead? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Creating a sales funnel
New to Zoho here trying it out to see if it will work for us. We have 22k email/phone number list We want to put those into zoho, and create funnels based on if they have replied to our phone calls or emails or if they have received samples or not. Import as leads to start, right? I noticed they forced me to name a company for a lead, thats not gonna work because all of these people are independent contractors. How do i make the funnel for each step? Thanks

Automatically Download Audio Calls
Hi, We use RingCentral and we are very happy that it is now integrated with Zoho. That being said, we need to be able to automatically download each call into the Zoho lead. We run an outbound call center, and we can listen to the calls on RingCentral, but they only stay in the system for 60 days; after that they are automatically deleted. If anyone knows of a way to do this, that would be greatly appreciated!!
XML parsing error when country has & symbol
Hello, I have an issue that occurs when I try using Rest API to add new record to CRM. If record has country field and if it is populated with value that contains sign "&" (Trinidad & Tobago, Bosnia & Herzegovina) it gives XML parsing error, otherwise it works normally. Is this Zoho issue or XML issue and does someone have similar problem?

Where did the macros go?
I need to edit our macros but can't find them. They were created for Contacts and I used to be able to click the button within a contact record "Run Macro" and then "Manage Macros" from that dropdown. However that button has disappeared and I can't seem to find where to go within the app to find our Macros. The help docs are really not helpful. Inodes Increase
There has been a rapid increase in the inode value (30K) on my host server over the past month since adding Zoho CRM and Zoho Sales IQ, is it coincidence or does activity in Zoho CRM and Zoho Sales IQ increase the number of files/folders in my domain? The inode value before this was fairly constant.
