issue with event host
One of our users is having the following issue, When he goes to schedule a meeting another users name is the default "host" when he changes the "host" to his name it will not allow him the schedule the event. As a work around he is inviting himself to the meetings . . . . we'd like to resolve the issue. I looked for a default meeting host setting and could not locate one. Any suggestions would be appreciated, btw this user is our owner . . . .
Unable to post notes on contacts Zoho CRM
Hi, I'm unable to post notes on my Zoho CRM contacts. It does't happen with all of them, but with half of the notes we try to post. When we try to posts it, it only appears a grey box with the picture of the agent beside, but the note gets deleted, How can we fix it? I attach a photo of the note not posted in case it helps. The mistake would be for the third comment.
Zoho changed settings on my Dashboard in the new UI without my permission
It is not just the visuals that Zoho changed. I have Dashboards setup and they were altered for the new version. For example, in the old version, I have dashboards of "Vertical Bar - Stacked to 100%" setup. On the transition to the new UI, they were all changed to "Vertical Bar - Stacked" with an overlay of dollar amounts over the bars. When you do a UI change, you should NEVER change the data and settings your customers are used to. This is a HUGE problem.

Outlook integration
I have a upgraded to a paid version to obtain outlook integration. As I don't have a gmail address, it seems that I cannot use POP mail and so I have opted for the BCC dropbox email address. It reads as a simple process. I have tried it and it is not working. Could anyone shed light on this. I am sure it will be great when it is working but set up is proving challenging.

Account Report - won't show Parent Account Id
I created a basic Account report called Parent account mapping - just to show Account Name and Parent Account. When the .csv file gets generated it displays I was assuming that the second ACCOUNTID would show the account id of the Parent account. But obviously it doesn't. It just shows the main account. Is there any way to get a report to display the Parent's Account Id?
"Barriers" or "Hurdles" to making a sale
I am testing Zoho for it's suitability for our business. One important piece of info we need to capture is potential reason for not making or loosing a sale and subsequently run a report to see why we might be loosing business to see if there is a pattern. Does this field exist as standard? And can it have pre defined reasons, i.e. Price too high, leadtime too long etc.... or just free text? Many thanks, Jon

Importing Leads
When importing leads why does Zoho not look for duplicates in the contacts module or at least give you the option to search both modules? It makes no sense that Zoho would only look at the leads module for duplicates. That means I would have to manually search our CRM before ever uploading leads to ensure they aren't already a contact. When using Zoho BCC dropbox, it searches both leads and contacts module before creating a new lead. Why isn't this a feature when uploading leads?

Additional first name field for spouse
I've tried to create an additional first name field for spouse such as Spouse First Name. The problem is I'm unable to create the Salutation and first name as one field, or link the two as it appears for the default first name field. Thoughts?
Reset Sales Signals Indicator
I love the new User Interface and features! I'm having a little trouble getting the Sales Signals indicator to reset after I view new notifications. I've individually clicked on all new notifications. Is there a trick I'm missing? A global reset of the indicator would be a good feature to add.

Imap Authentication stuck in authenticating mode
I had configured my zoho mail to work in the CRM and it seemed like it was working flawlessly. However, when I went in this morning to try and utilize it, I noticed that it was not connected and I clicked the button to have it connect again. It is now showing 'authenticating' and has been for the past 4-5 hours now. I noticed problems in send mass emails in CRM
Hi, I sent a few mass emails from CRM this week. One guy got 4 emails in a row and some people didn't get emails. Also CRM was saying '200 emails sent' when I only selected 100 people. It's very buggy. Is Zoho aware of this and is it being fixed? Tim

Cannot create events
Neither I nor my coworkers can go to a lead and create an event out of that Lead. Every time I try, I get the error message: The action that you intend to perform is not possible Sorry,you have reached the maximum limit in your current edition We are using the newer version of Zoho as well.
