Workflow Automation Lead Owner
It may not be an option, but I wanted to ask just in case I am missing it. When configuring a new field update, is there a way to have the person who modified the profile (with a certain status change), to be the new owner of the lead? I know you can set it up for a specific person, but allowing a change to the person who modified it would be great.
View shift
Recently my view starts shifting beyond my monitors and creates a bar to move the screen back and forth. Sometimes it starts out ok and when I open a client, it looks fine for a second and then everything under each category shifts to the right (but not the category name, it's like a huge indent being put in. I have tried on chrome and explorer and have deleted cookies, etc. I am not changing any settings, it just starts doing it.
Email Module Disappears
I integrated my gmail via IMAP. However the email module disappears and cannot access my inbox. Please help!

Prospect/Contact data not populating to a new Opportunity when converting
Pls can you help me as to why all data entered onto a Prospect's record doesn't pull into the Opportunity record when I convert it? eg. the phone number & the email address sometimes don't automatically populate - & this means that the functionality re calling/emailing out directly from the Opportunity record doesn't work

I've created customer fields within a module template (lets call it cold leads) and would like those same custom fields available as options in other modules (lets call it qualified leads). How do I go about that? I didn't see those custom fields listed outside of where I created them in. Thank you!

Is it possible to attach a file to an email that is attached to a CRM contact record? I would use the feature that allows you to attach files to a contact record quite a bit if there was an easy way to locate and attach those files to emails.
Problem when searching words with written accent
Hi, I am from Spain, and here we use written accents. This makes some problems like when you want to find a lead using the search box in the CRM and his name has written accent. For example, my lead name is "Ricardo Gascón". Sometimes, as we are in a hurry we write it incorretly and just save it like Ricardo Gascon, without the written accent. Then if we search for "Ricardo Gascón" we find no results as the search doesnt recognize it with the written accent. Here we are used to have search engines

Time-triggered Workflow with more than 99 days before
Hi, I'm new to zoho, for now we use Salesforce, but we would like to change. My biggest problem now is the time-triggered workflow minus 99 days maximum. In my industrie (mortgage broker) we need to start contacting our client/leads 6 months before the renewal date. I want the workflow to create a task for my booking team like 5 month before renewal date. Have you idéa for a work-around? Thanks
Product grouping in Quotes
We are systems solution company and our solutions usually comprise of different systems in one quote. The way Zoho quote module displays the products is simple one liners. Customers will not appreciate ungrouped line items and will get confuse. I want to have product section to allow grouping as in attached picture. Is this possible or not?

Zoho CRM Campaign, Closed Activities not logging correctly.
I've set up a campaign within ZOHO CRM. When I close an activity (call, events, tasks), the activity will not log in the ZOHO CRM Campaign view if I add a Contact/Lead to it. It only logs in the Contact/Leads page. The only way I can get Closed Calls/Events/Tasks to show up in the Zoho CRM Campaign view is if I don't add a lead or contact to the activity. This is obviously not a great fix, because then I either have activities attached to leads/contacts or to the Zoho CRM campaign, not to both.
Outlook Plugin not Synching to CRM

Autoresponder not working
I have set up 3 autoresponders to work with (below). The first one is working and the other two are designed to send out further emails after 4 and 10 days respectively. To do this, I set up lead views for 4 days ago and ten days ago and used these to create the autoresponder. I would like to put this all into one autoresponder but when I had it set up like that it didn't work for the last two emails either. I'm the admin of the CRM for my company. If I click on "Switch to New Version", does that migrate all of our users to the new version too or just me? Is it possible for me to make the switch to test and set up the new features before rolling out to the rest of the team?
Restricting visibility of Stage, Probability
Hi, I want to customize permissions for Standard profile. My objective is restrict visibility of all financial information in Potentials - Amount, Expected Revenue, etc. In Customization/Fields and Links, I am able to uncheck the box for visibility of Amount, Probability and Expected Revenue but can't uncheck Stage. Thus, a dollar amount is visible to the Standard users. Is there something else I can do to completely eliminate visibility of all $$ amounts for Standard users? Thanks in advance

Templates delivered to Gmail then forwarded = Odd Line Breaks
I am having trouble using Templates, which deliver to me via email (using Gmail) that I then edit and forward on to clients. When I forward the email, strange line breaks are occurring making the text difficult to read. From my end, everything looks fine before I hit Send, but clients reply and are confused and I can see that the text is broken up. How to I prevent this? Stage Probability Mapping(Alternative)
I believe that you must include the ability to add different stage probability mapping on potentials. Its a different stage probability when you trying to sell to a doctor and different on a patient. Ok in general lines the stage probability can be fixed every time. First contact Second contact etc... but there are more specific situations. Stage probability must be more flexible to all modules. Accounts contacts etc.. Think about it and if you agree please do it.
Account Name Lookup
We have a problem with our salespeople creating sales orders and invoices and, instead of using the account lookup widget, manually typing in the name of the account on the form. This frequently duplicates account records and has created burdensome cleanup of our database. Is there a way to make the account field solely a lookup field without allowing ad hoc account creation?

Would love to see webform allow multi-file uploads
As the title says.....the "upload file" function only allows for one file to be uploaded. If someone has four files, we would need to add in four upload fields. Why not allow for multiple files? Thanks!
