Cannot view email template
I am using the free version of CRM and have added an email template. I was able to test it with success by sending an email with the template to one of my leads. After several tests, i am trying to send the same template to one of my contacts and I am unable to view the template in the dropdown menu. please help

hi there, I have 2 Potentials in 1 Account, and I have a field called sequence, then I need to make sure this field has 2 different value in 2 Potentials. e.g: the first created potential should have 1st in sequence field, and then the second potential only can have other values in this field. thanks!
Sales Order Report or View showing both Account Name and Product
I would like to see a list of Sales Orders, showing both the Account Name and the Products, but so far I can not do this either in Sales Order View or in Sales Order Report. I can get a list of Sales Orders by Account, and I can get a list of Sales Orders by Product, but can't get both in one report. Any ideas?

Right now when somebody in the organization change a contact informations, only the "owner" of the contact id informed of this change- We would love that everybody in the organization receive a modification whenever a contact or an organization has been modified by one of us. Advanced CRM activities report
When I look at the advanced CRM analytics reports they all have additional reports, populated with my information except the activities report, this is the report I need! The description says folder contains detailed reports of Tasks, Events and Calls data, but when I click on the folder, nothing shows up. Any suggestions on how to run this report?

URGENT: Last Dialogue Time import not recorded, fields remain blank
I'm trying to import last dialogue times for ~2000 prospects. I have followed the exact date/time format as indicated in the import section and have even tried different formats. Nothing works. This is very frustrating as our ~2000 key prospects now lack lack Last Dialogue Times and this has messed up all our reminders. Can someone please help me out? I've already tried called you, livechat and the customer support section. Nothing so far, this is very frustrating!
Territories Dropdown - Can't Select a Territory and Its Subterritories
We have territories and sub-territories set up in our system, but we cannot select a "territory & its sub-territories" in the drop-down fields because you cannot hover over the selection. Big problem for my sales team!! Help us, Zoho.
To-do list
I know that you can create a list view, etc, but I was just thinking it would be nice to have a box you can check or something to basically add an account on the CRM to a to-do list so it'll populate a list you can review and once you're done, remove the check to take it off your list...or check it off your list. Both my boss and I end up leaving several tabs open of accounts that had something to follow up on. That's our reminder to go back to that account for whatever followup. I hope that makes

Hello, We have a picklist field that we've been using to populate a field that's the basis for many reports that are created annually (for a school year). Going forward, there is a need to change some of these values -- mostly we're consolidating two values. We do NOT want to affect the reports that have already been created for this year. We only want the new picklist values to be the basis for reporting going forward. Of course, we understand that this will change the design of some of the reports

Getfields method only gets field on first layout of new UI
Using https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/json/Potentials/getFields?authtoken={{authtoken}}&scope={{scope}} should get me the available fields of a potential. I currently have the new UI enabled, giving me multiple layouts for a potential record. Some fields are availabe on both layouts, some only on one.
