Zoho CRM Note Tagging Notifications are not Properly Notifying the Tagged User via Email
Since mid/late last week, all of our notes that have a tagged user are not properly notifying that user via their email address. These notifications are showing up in our feeds, but not being pushed to the proper user's email. Is anyone else having this issue or is it isolated to my account alone? In regards to our workflow, this almost puts us at a complete standstill. I have spoken with four different people in support chat and they all say the same thing: Ishu We are having an issue with the notifications
Importing leads - limit?
I am attempting a very small number of leads (less than 50) and I am continually getting a message "SORRY YOU CANNOT CREATE MORE THAN 100000 RECORDS IN THE STANDARD EDITION". I am not trying to create more than 100,000 records...I'm trying to create 50. I don't know if there is a max or a way to find it, but over the past few days I have deleted literally HUNDREDS of duplicates (there was an import that had gone wrong a long time ago and we have a LARGE number of leads people who are duplicated

EMAIL INTEGRATION OUTLOOK / OFFICE365 / EXCHANGE SERVER
We have setup a ZOHO CRM system for 2 users with outlook 365 integration thought the plugin. All works fine only i have one question. On the page of a lead you have the email section. Here you have following option : 1)sent Emails from CRM 2)All 3)IMAP SHARED USERS. ( and both users are shown ) How come i cannot see ALL email ( sent from within ZOHO + sent from OUTLOOK ) when i select ALL ? Thanks in advance Andrew

Hi there, I set up ZOHO campaign to push list subscribers to Zoho CRM as Lead when the subscriber CLICKS on an automation eMail. I'm sure I set it up incorrectly... because its not working. ;) I want subscribers to various ZOHO Campaign lists to be added to my ZOHO CRM Leads module after they click on eMails. Line Items in HTML Email Template Not Displaying.
When we send our customers a copy of the sales order, the line items are not showing up in the HTML template. However, they ARE showing up in the PDF that is attached. I've tried searching but have been unable to find anything to fix this, any insight?
Manual conversion of lead to contact and multiple email addresses
When someone emails with a different email address than what is listed in their contact, it is logged as a lead. It's very difficult to match it up and merge it with an existing contact. There needs to be a manual process to tell it which one to merge it with. Also need to be able to have multiple active email addresses for a contact by which emails can be associated automatically. Many people have a business and personal email address. Some have 3 or 4.
Parsing XML only returns first record
Hi, I've got the following piece of PHP, which queries our CRM for any business who has a business listing and I want to retrieve their lats and longs to populate a Google Map However, when the script runs and the simple_xml function is run, the foreach loop only outputs one record, it seems to not go through the xml file to pull out the rest of the entries in the XML file. I'm seeing data so the API call is working, it's what's happening on the loop stage, which isn't working as expected if(!function_exists('processGetCRMDetails')){

Country list instead of txt field
Hello, ZOHO gave free text field to enter country names, this creates huge issue due to different people write country in different ways. While ZOHO is giving list of countries in pre-defined list as a custom field, but there is NO way I can see where a workflow can set the default country txt field value based on the country name in selection. How to integrate signable as an automate button in Zoho CRM
This is what I would like to do. I have an account with signable.co.uk I would like to be able implement some kind of button into crm where I should be able to click that button for mail merge with signable sign box option and when customer signs it the documents then will be saved as pdf in the contacts/accounts attachement and also will be automatically added to Zoho docs. Frustrations after convertion trail to free
I was testing Zoho CRM just to compare with the Salesforce that I use now. When I was on the trial version was possible to create many extra fields that was necessary and when expire the trial I was unable to create. I read a lot about it and in any place that a read was specifying that after the expiration of the trial version this will happen. CRM Activities Time Zone Issue
I schedule meetings across the US, is there a way to select the time zone of where a meeting will be held? For example, I am located in CST and need to schedule a meeting that is 8:30-11:30 PST. I invite the participant but it shows as 6:30-9:30 on the receivers calendar. How do I correct this, it's very confusing to our customers.

Deleted Users Still Show when I go to sign On
Why must I scroll thru a pick list of all who have been deleted or type email address in because it is hidden somewhere in the long list o deleted users? Same thing goes for other fields. I once had a word on a pick list - later deleted it but when you are in the edit application the picklist is full of the stuff I deleted.

Question re Workflow Rules in Calls
I saw this post for years back Now, Create Workflow Rules for Calls, Tasks & Events too! and I would like to ask about creating the workflow based on Call Result. It is stated in the post that the rule gets executed when the Call Result is "Interested." When I looked at the Calls Module, I saw that Call Result is not a Pick List but a single line field. Does this mean that the person still has to type the exact word (with correct capitalization) for the work flow to execute?

Hello. My goal is to have a field in a contacts that will when triggered will automatically send a reminder to our customers to think about buying a certain item. This reminder e-mail is to be triggered every September. I want this to automatically do this every year moving forward. The problem is that I tried using a check box but, there is not way that I see, to set it to send only once every September. Hi, I have a issue that when I try to save customized modules, it does not save. I can save the default modules without any problem, like contact or deals, but the ones that I created, when I push the save button, it says loading, but it doesn't actually save. Do you have any idea why?

I know you currently dont have an Outlook plug in for a Mac however is there a way like with our CRMs that I can send emails via Outlook and blind copy in a specific email address that talks to Zoho? CRM View for Activities - Drop Down no longer working
