Please can you put a navigation arrow at the top of a page of Contacts so that we don't have to scroll to the bottom of the first 100 records to navigate to a Contact we know is on a subsequent page?
Error 4834 Invalid Ticket Id when Event insertRecords when Contacts email already exists
When inserting a new Event, and the user email already exists in Contacts, the following error is received. This is the case when pulling the CONTACTID for the email submitted or not. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?> <response uri="/crm/private/xml/Events/insertRecords"><error><code>4834</code><message>Invalid Ticket Id</message></error></response> Events are entered correctly, without error, if the contact email does not exist.
Task Ownership Re-assignment email no longer has a link to the task

Automation: Show error if info is missing when changing the status
Hi, I would like to set up an automation workflow rule for sales orders so that the status can only be changed to "Cancelled" if the user first filled out the Cancellation Date. If they forgot to fill out Cancellation Date, then the status change should not be saved and the user should get some kind of error message about it. How do I do that?

How to report on Events / Activities
We have sales execs entering client visits (on-site) in Zoho CRM as an Event. After the visit, sales execs record Notes against the Event, but we cannot get a report which shows the Event Date/Time, Client, ClientContact and any Notes related to that visit. Custom Notes reports allow us to pull out all notes but we cannot have Event detail included in the report. Custom Event reports allow us to report on date/time, client and contact, but we cannot show Notes from the visit. Any ideas?

New Business Enquiry report showing duplicated entries
Hi, I've created a new business enquiry report to show the leads and prospects created for the past month. Whilst most appear successfully on the report, some are showing in duplicate or triplicate. (Jon Druitt attached) I have re-created the report from scratch selecting the report to create based on New Business Enquiry Created Time, but still get these duplicates which distort the data. New Product to Quote
When we create a new product we put the product description in the details box. Then when we do a quote and print to PDF to send out, the description is coming up twice under the new product, we then have to go back into the new product delete the description and then print the quote PDF out. We are using Zoho CRM for client management for our MSP. Our technicians are always out in the field so they rely on the Zoho CRM app on their phone to find client information. We use the Description Information section in Accounts to store passwords and notes related to each client. There is no easy way to locate a specific note or password from the Mobile device without scrolling and hoping you don't miss it. It would be nice to have a way that when you are on an Account Details page on the mobile

I am new to ZohoCRM. I am evaluating both type of users (google and google apps) I am trying to export/sync events to google calendar. Report on quotation return duplicate raws of the same quotation
I have created a report the return all the quotations that needs to be handled by my team. I setup custom field to set the target close date of each quot. Now I am trying to generate a report that will list all the quotation needs to handled grouped by the CLOSE DATE and subtotal the grand total of each such date. The result is a report with duplicated lines of the same quotation
Are workflow emails triggered from API
I have a workflow with an alert rule that when a new lead is created, send an email to the owner and someone else that i add in the other field. This works fine when I add the lead directly with in Zoho. However, when I call the api and add a lead, the lead is created the same way but no email is sent. Do the alerts work when triggered from the api? Thanks

Tasks and Activities not uploading ZOHO CRM
Good day, I've received several reports that some tasks and activities are not being uploaded when the team members/sales rep send them, I.E. if they send 9 tasks they only see 7. Is there a way I could check these reports where indeed uploaded and the CRM decided to delete them ? What's the workaround for this?

Please help! I added two new users to our company account, but they have not received the invitation email. How to have the same users and email in 2 different instances
We want two instances of CRM for two different small companies we operate. In each company there are different staff but the same 2 managers using the same email address. How do we setup two instances where the same user with same email address can use both instances. We dont want staff to see the other instance but we want the managers to use both.
