Notes and Attachments stuck on Loading
The attachments and notes under the "Potentials" tab (we've modified it to call it something else) for any entry that we have stays stuck on "Loading..." and we can't see the notes or attachments associated with that entry. It's been like this for a couple of days. Notes and attachments appear without a problem in other tabs. I've attached a screen shot of the problem. Please respond with a fix Thanks

Can I map a dependency using 2 date fields?
Hi, I'm looking to map a dependency between 2 date fields - Closing date and Start date. So, if a Potential is closed on e.g. 31st January, I'd like to ensure that the only available Start date could be no earlier than 1st February. I know dependencies can be mapped between pick list items as a standard functionality, but it doesn't look like it can be done for date fields. Has anyone got a workaround? Many thanks, Chris
ZohoCRM Audit Log
How far back should I be able to go in the Audit Log in Zoho? I have the option to use a calendar and select any date, however each time I run it the data seems restricted to the past 3 months. There is no documentation that I can find that states a limit. automatically change lead owner
my website brings in leads for all of my employees. the lead comes in automatically in my name. the problem occurs when two (or more) sales people click on a brand new lead to claim it. There is nothing telling them it is already claimed. If each sales person were to edit the lead owner to themselves and save it only the last change would be in effect essentially letting the person who got there last claim it. what I would like is for the lead ownership to automatically change to the first sales
Is there a way to bypass the 2K record limit when exporting a report?
Hi, Does anyone know any workaround on the 2K record limit per page of Zoho CRM Report? It's actually a pain for me when running my report as I need to pullout more than 2K records everytime, and having to download all the pages then consolidating it is really time consuming and a pain. Thanks!
Quotes - Printing to PDF - missing images
I'm customizing our Quote template. I have it how I want it in the customization, and the preview looks great. but when I go to an actual quote and print it to pdf, the images are all missing. Am I doing something wrong? I have attached a screenshot to see what it looks like. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
Contact Billing Address Deleted Can not Locate Map

Hi, I have organized a list for our Lead Sources by alphabet. This lead source list was displaying correctly until this past Thursday (April 28, 2016). Now the list will not display in the order I have set it to appear as in customization. Please help, it's very frustrating that the list is not displaying as it should.

Informe missing, info has dissapeared
Hi, We have been using a report (informe) in which we were able to see the call history report for our team per day. Since yesterday the same report is at 0, we have lost all the info. So we are not able to track the calls. I attach an image of the tool "report.png". We need to see in this report the total number of call per person, in the report named "Llamadas de hoy" we can see all the calls but we need to compile this info by team member. Could we have some help? Thanks!
How to get related records using ID from CRM.
I want to get related contacts when I select a particular account from my Zoho_CRM field on the form I have, I have referred all the CRM tasks and I am doing exactly what they have mentioned. output = zoho.crm.getRelatedRecords("Contacts", ("Accounts"), input.Zoho_CRM_ID); I should get all the "Contacts" of the "Account" I select. but it gives me an error that "expected BIGINT , found STRING" so i did this , output = zoho.crm.getRelatedRecords("Contacts", ("Accounts"), input.Zoho_CRM_ID.toString());

PDF export of quote via inventory templates are making I's and L's bold for some reason.
Dear Zoho CRM Team, I just started noticing that we have a background image in our inventory template we use for quotes and for some reason the PDF export is making all characters of I and L bold for some reason. Here is what the original image looks like. Now here is what the PDF export of the same image looks like. Do you have any idea why the PDF export is making all the I's and L's bold? How can I change the product or price in a quote?
Once we have completed and saved a quote, we sometimes need to go back in and change the product selected or price for that product, discounts etc. as these are often negotiated over time. It doesn't let us go back and make changes to the product details section. But it will let me edit everything else. . Am I missing something?
Can I sync GMail Contacts to Zoho Leads instead of Contacts?
When I sync GMail Contacts with Zoho, they come into Zoho as contacts. However, I have not determined target activity for the GMail contacts and would prefer for them to come into Zoho as Leads. Is it possible to sync Gmail contacts to Zoho Leads and then convert them to Zoho contacts at the appropriate time? Secondarily, is it possible to down convert Zoho contact(s) to lead(s)?

I have a lot of reports in many different folders. When I cannot remember what folder a report is in, it wastes a lot of time to press the "+" button to expand folders (folder by folder) to seek out the report. Please give us more flexibility searching for reports.

Hi, I would like to create a Quote in Zoho CRM and then through a form of automation such as a Webhook or API to generate an Estimate in Zoho Books. My reason is that I need more advanced reporting on Quotes, like sales acceptance by percentage or quotes done and Zoho Books is very limited with reports. I ultimately want to use Zoho Books for doing estimates and invoices as it has the client portal and many other advantages. Can someone help me with a webhook or api solution.

Workflow trigger through field update
Hi Team, I have requirement for a 7 step time based workflow automation. I have a created a first workflow set with steps 1 - 5. In the 5th step I automatically update a field. I have created a second workflow set to handle steps 6 & 7 using the Edit action of the field automatically updated in the previous workflow as the trigger for the second workflow. The second workflow is not being triggered. If I MANUALLY go and edit the Lead record with the same field edit the second workflow does get triggered
Report Scheduler for matrix reports not sending correct format through emails
Report Scheduler set for Matrix Reports is sending out report emails but in the email attachment, all lead ids are provided row-wise Instead the matrix report should come as - is in the email. The scheduler was working fine for 2 months, but suddenly it has stopped sending summary in the email report, instead individual lead id's. Support team is still working on same but without any conclusions yet
