Where is the support portal for logging tickets?
Hey there, Can someone tell me why there is no support portal for Zoho CRM users anymore? I know they have the live chat - bur frequently nobody answers, or they don't have the answer. And then there is no way to track progress on problems I've reported. Very strange, when Zoho offers a support package to the end user, they don't have one for their own users. Thanks Zakaria
Passing custom AJAX generated values through Zoho Web Form
Hi guys! We are migrating to Zoho CRM, and one feature that we had with the CRM we previously used was the ability to pass a 'Coupon Code' (that is generated and displayed when our customer website is loaded) through the web form. What would be the best method to pass this AJAX generated coupon code when a customer fills out the web contact form that Zoho creates?

Currently, we can fetch stage history of each potential by using "getRelatedRecords" methods, but it quickly consumed our api request limit and it about to reach maximum limit in just a single run. We are a non profit organization and need to have two lists independent of each other under a single account. zoho addin appearing in my tab bar at the top of office
Hi I use to have my zoho add in at the top of my tab bar in microsoft outlook, but for some reason this has now disappeared and now appears underneath every email. When the zoho add in was at the top i was able to add any emails relating to emails directly into zoho - now I can't Has anyone else had the same issue How do I fix it so I can automatically add in emails to my leads without hand writing details
Multiple trial accounts
During my trial phase i've set up two Zoho accounts. One via @networkpathway, my work email - used this one to test Mail only, which i'm not continueing to use One via @gmail, my personal email - this one contains all the CRM data I've used the CRM lots via the Gmail account and want to go to the paid version. Mass email contacts with accounts related lists?
I need to send a mass email to certain contacts based on criteria that are under their respective Accounts. Is there a way to get the criteria to populate from Accounts to Contacts to that I can sort by those fields? For example, my current customers are in Accounts and their business owners are in Contacts. I need to be able to email only certain customers, so I would create a view in Accounts to sort out those particular customers. How can I transer that to Contacts since I can't email from Accounts?
No Opportunities within Leads?
Hi all, why is it not possible to add opportunities to leads? It seems only to be possible to have opportunities within contacts. Why? Quick capture of a contact's "contact" info
As an ACT user, I could pull up a contact, click my cursor into the contact's name field, then click CTL-C on my keyboard, the Windows shortcut for "Copy." This action copied the name, title, company, address line 1, address line 2, City, ST, Zip, Phone, Mobile, and email address to the Windows clipboard. All those fields at one time with just the one CTL-C click. I could paste this set of info into any document, for example an email to someone asking them to get in touch with my contact. Sooo easy!
Can automated update of a field trigger another rule?
..if the rules are for different modules? For example, when a task is completed the rule will tick a box in a potential card and it works. However, the other rule should be triggered by this update and send an email to the customer and it does not work. If I manually update the field, the rule is triggered but not if the other rule has updated the field. What am I missing here?

I have created a module showing products and serial numbers with Purchase dates to be shown by account - im struggling to find a way to make the 'product owned' field (user) utilise the product listings - it only allows me to create new fields not use existing - or am i missing something?
Only exporting to google task, why not 2 way sync?
We export our tasks to Google calendar, We then in the google calendar or our mobile, add a comments and close the task, but Zoho does not update this! I also tried to change the due date in calendar, and zoho still has the old date I the Zoho settings, there is written; You can export tasks from Zoho CRM to Google Tasks. Is on only export the task. I think that i's important that an exportet task can be updated, and that updated are changes also in Zoho, like the normal 2 Way sync.
Import into Contacts from XLS
I have been trying to import into CONTACTS from an XLSX file. It keeps failing saying I have over 5000 rows!!!!!!! How do you indicate the number of rows to the Import engine? BTW I changed it to a CSV, and it said I had over 20,000 records. AND I tried to use the MIGRATE function, this "worked" but said I had Total records in file65469!. There was only ONE row with data. And it skipped that because I had the Account Name wrong.
File should not contain more than 39 rows
I tried to import some leads in excel format. First I was able to upload, then I received an error 'File should not contain more than 135 rows', so I reduced the rows. But then, I received another error 'File should not contain more than 39 rows'. I tried reducing the rows even to 20 but still get the same message. Tried making a new file, logging out of zoho but still the same result. HELP

I do not have an option to add attachments from dropbox only google drive zoho doc and google drive how do I fix this or activate this?
Associate a Zoho project with an Account
Hello, I used to be able to associate a Zoho Project to a CRM Account or Potential without having to select a client user. Has this functionality changed ? I want to be able to associate an existing Zoho Project to a CRM record but not necessarily with a client user. Is this possible and if so how? The usual way (i.e. deselect client user) and associate the project with only CRM users does not appear to work right now. Thanks,

How do I make a field wider? I need a double width description field in one of my modules but only seem to be able to create a single width field.
View layout as a different category of user
I'm the administrator for Zoho CRM at my organization, and there are a number of fields I don't show to some categories of users, but when I'm adjusting page layouts, it would be helpful to be able to toggle somehow to "See this page as a 'Staff User'" or as a Manager or whatever future category I set up. Is this possible in some way I'm not seeing?
Insufficient Privileges
I am the admin for my Zoho CRM account. Starting a few days ago, upon clicking on events I often receive a pop-up message that I have "insufficient privileges" to view MY event, and I am the administrator. What is going on and why is no one else complaining about this in the forum?

Reports in CRM just shows amounts in base currency
The potentials reports only show amount fields in the base currency.. in my case (MXN) ... but I need them to show in the currency they were created in the system (USD)... If they appear in the View screens correctly why cant they print out the same in reports??? How can this be a multi-currency system if I cant print in a different currency??
How do you create a non-activity report?
We need a report that will give us a red flag for opportunities that have not had a touch point in the last 30 days. We want a report on an opportunity that does not have task, call or event in the last 30 days. Anyone have something that works for them?
